Situated 10 km from Berry & 8 km from Kangaroo Valley, our location is perfect to explore these villages, South Coast Beaches (Jervis Bay a 1 hr drive) & the Shoalhaven region. Perfect for two (if there are kids or a 3rd adult a king single sofabed in the living area offers extra sleeping) - everyone loves interacting with our farm animals! 2 hr drive from Sydney 2.5 from Canberra.

Japanese Studio Fitzroy Falls

Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. The Studio has a bar fridge , microwave, toaster, coffee pod machine and kettle. No kitchen. .Enjoy stunning 9 acres of gardens . Perfect location for photo shoots, wedding ceremonies or getaway. Purpose built in 2019 our generously proportioned loft studio with quality fixtures and fittings has been styled with couples in mind. Kameruka is located 10 minutes from Queen Street Berry, a 20 minute drive to Seven Mile Beach and just a 15 minute stunning country drive in the other direction to the town of Kangaroo Valley.

Elysium Cottage is situated on a recently developed, 65 acre cattle property in Fitzroy Falls. The property is only a 15 minute drive from the 3 main Southern Highland town centres of Bowral, Moss Vale & Robertson. Elysium is a new, 56sqm. fully self-contained, 2 bedroom country retreat, overlooking the beautiful Fitzroy Falls Reservoir. Although positioned 20 metres from the main house, it offers privacy and tranquillity in a natural bush land setting.

Falls Cottage, in the rainforest at Jamberoo

Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds. We now have an EV charging station on the property . Type 2 , up to 22 KW an hr. Costs apply .

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.
