Comfortable, private annexe with separate entrance in the centre of peaceful Georgeham. Lobby area for DIY breakfast which we provide, En -suite shower room. Lovely sunny outside patio area where you can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine . Just a few minutes walk to pubs The Kings Arms and The Rock Inn , both serving excellent food. The magnificent Putsborough beach is just 5 minutes by car, Croyde is 2 miles away, Saunton and Woolacombe beaches are all nearby as is The Southwest Coast Path.

The studio is comfortably decked out with a relaxed seaside vibe, and is a perfect space to unwind. Ideal for couples and surfers, and available for short or long stays year round. Courtyard Cottage is a very attractive and beautifully restored, 17th century home in the heart of Topsham, just a few meters from the high street with its shops, pubs and eateries and five minutes walk from the historic quay and waterfront. You have all three floors of the cottage to yourself and use of a sunny bench outside in the quiet, cobbled courtyard. Breakfast options and basic supplies are included. Ideal for a waterside getaway, Chiefs games and visiting Exeter university.

'The Snug' is tucked away 50yds up a footpath from the historic Ilfracombe harbour, through private gardens. It is a perfect couple getaway bolthole for those wishing a peaceful retreat. 100yds further up the footpath brings you out onto Portland Street with a 2min walk to the High Street. The flat has it's own small garden at the front, with great views over the harbour, and a small courtyard off of the living room with pot plants and herbs growing for your culinary use when dining in.

Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th Century Parish Church, the Barn is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's Village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).

My annexe is completely private, your own sitting-room, bedroom and shower . Great for walkers, swimmers, surfers, kite-surfing, golfing [Royal North Devon Golf Club], Tarka trail for bikers, kayaking. I WILL LEAVE milk, bread, butter, jam, cereal, fruit, fruit juice in the small fridge; i supply plates etc and these can be left in entrance to be washed daily Only a microwave - no other cooking facilities. Small fridge.
