Welcome to our bright and cozy home located in the peaceful village of Forio, perfect for those seeking a relaxing vacation immersed in nature, with a spectacular sea view. The location is extremely convenient: from the Forio harbor, you can reach the house in just 5 minutes by taxi, or take bus N 22, with the stop located just two minutes on foot. If you arrive by car or scooter, a free private parking space is available, suitable for a small-sized vehicle. The apartment, located on a single level, has an independent entrance (accessible by climbing only 3 steps) and features a spacious terrace overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy unique moments of relaxation. The entire apartment, including the large terrace, is for the exclusive use of the guests. ------------What we offer------------ 3 BEDROOMS: The first with two single beds, a three-door wardrobe, bed linen, extra pillows, and either spring or winter blankets. The second with a double bed, a two-door wardrobe, bed linen, extra pillows, and either spring or winter blankets. The third with a double bed, a four-door wardrobe, bed linen, extra pillows, and blankets for both winter and spring. BATHROOM: Equipped with a shower cabin, bidet, towels for face and body, shampoo, shower gel, soap, hair cap, and a large hairdryer. LIVING ROOM WITH SEA VIEW: Spacious and bright, equipped with a smart TV, a masonry bench with a comfortable cushion, air conditioning, and a refrigerator with a freezer. You’ll also find a dining table and a large sideboard containing everything you need to prepare and serve a meal (cutlery, water and wine glasses, pots, etc.). In the same space, a small partition hides a washing machine and a small kitchen with all the necessary tools for cooking (including oil, salt, sugar, coffee, pepper, vinegar, etc.), along with cleaning detergents. The air conditioning in the living room keeps the temperature comfortable in the other rooms as well. For further comfort, each bedroom has a large fan or a heater, depending on the season. EXCLUSIVE TERRACE WITH BREATHTAKING SEA VIEW: Accessible directly from the living room, it is the true highlight of the house. Equipped with a table for 6-8 people, perfect for outdoor dinners with a breathtaking sea view, the terrace is furnished with new outdoor sofas, two deck chairs, a beach lounger, and a barbecue for outdoor grilling. Additionally, the outdoor shower will allow you to refresh while enjoying the stunning view. Art lovers will appreciate the numerous paintings adorning the walls throughout the house, giving the environment a unique and personal touch. Finally, for those who love the sea, a private path near the house will take you in just a few minutes to the famous Cava dell'Isola beach, one of the most beautiful on the island. THE ENTIRE HOUSE AND THE LARGE TERRACE ARE FOR YOUR EXCLUSIVE USE, ensuring a vacation filled with relaxation and the beauty of the surrounding nature.

Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Casa Lolò è immersa nel verde di Solchiaro, il promontorio più a sud di ‪Procida‬, dove il sole tramonta nel mare. E' perfetta per gli amanti del relax, della natura e delle passeggiate. La casa è composta da una spaziosa camera da letto, un soggiorno con cucina a vista e divano letto, un bagno con doccia e una stanzetta a parte con lavanderia. Un'ampia terrazza affaccia su un orto a picco sul mare di fronte all'isolotto di Vivara, riserva naturale di rara bellezza, e all'isola di Ischia.

Incantevole monolocale sito all'estremità di Punta Rocilo, immerso nella natura selvaggia del luogo, ma situato a pochi minuti da Piazza dei Martiri, Corricella, centro storico e dalle caratteristiche spiagge de la Lingua e Silurenza. La struttura, antico deposito della vetusta corderia di Giovannino u funer', artigiano locale, gode di un panorama spettacolare ed unico: il golfo di Napoli, il Castello D'Avalos sulla destra con lo sfondo dell'isola di Capri e della penisola Sorrentina.

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

L'appartamento è a due passi dal mare, dalla spiaggia della chiaiolella, dove si può godere del sole dall'alba al tramonto!Nei dintorni sono presenti tutti i principali servizi dal ristorante al supermercato passando per tanti altri negozietti . La casa è inoltre collegata molto bene con tutte le altre zone dell'isola. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).
