If you want an ocean beach you can drive straight south for 20 minutes and reach Smiths Point State Park right on the ocean. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
