Unser kuscheliges Häuschen aus den 60er-Jahren wurde innen komplett renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es liegt idyllisches eingebettet in einer kleinen Siedlung nahe dem Wienerwald und ist bequem erreichbar mit der Buslinie 52A, die im Viertelstundentakt von Wien Hütteldorf (U4, Schnellbahn, ÖBB) fährt. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit grossen Doppelbetten, weiters ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Essecke und einem toprenovierten Bad mit grosser Dusche.

Ein wunderschönes Haus aus purem Holz nah zu Skigebieten Semmering und Stuhleck, nah zu Wandergebieten Schneeberg und Rax. Fahrräder stehen gratis zu Verfügung.

Welcome to our holiday home. The house with 3 bedrooms, living room, winter garden and idyllic garden is located in beautiful Vienna. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are cozy with box spring beds. Next to the house there is a large playground for children and a swimming lake. Quickly in the center and still in the countryside. Ideal for tourists, business travelers, families with children and groups of up to 10 people.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Additionally, there is an extra single bed in the form of a bunk bed, perfect for extra guests.
