The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

Das öffentliche Strandbad Loibichl ist ungefähr 3 km und das Ortszentrum Mondsee 8km entfernt. Die Festspielstadt Salzburg ist mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Berge und Umgebung laden zum Wandern und Biken ein.

Sie befindet sich mitten im Naherholungsgebiet der Stadt Salzburg und ist von mehreren kleinen Seen (u.a. auch kostenloser Badesee) umgeben. Obwohl ein kleines Stück außerhalb des Zentrums , ist man mit dem Obus (15 Minuten Takt) innerhalb von 15 Minuten (ohne Umsteigen) mitten in der Salzburger Altstadt bzw. Zentrum. Das Messezentrum bzw. die Salzburg Arena sind von der Wohnung nur 1 km entfernt.

Idealer Standort für Wassersport, Wandern, Radfahren, Klettern, Gleitschirmfliegen, Skifahren und Weihnachtsmarkt. Salzburg und Hallstatt sind in jeweils 40min mit dem Auto erreichbar.

A highlight is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue - ideal for cozy BBQ evenings. Just 500 m away is a free lake access with changing rooms and toilets exclusively for our guests. You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.

Direkt an der Grundlseertraun, haben wir unsere wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern (Dusche & Bad) und einem großen Wohnraum mit Küche, Esstisch, Couch (auch zum ausziehen für weiter 2 Gäste) und viel Platz. Alles ist vorhanden und ermöglicht somit die perfekte Grundlage für eine schöne, erholsame und gemütliche Auszeit. Wir freuen uns auf Euch!

Auf 250qm Wohnfläche haben Sie Platz für sich und Ihre Liebsten, genügend Rückzugsorte und hinter dem Haus eröffnet sich die Grüne Wiese mit Terrasse und liebreizendem Blick auf Altaussee, den Hausberg Loser und die umliegende Berglandschaft. Über den Wald und Wiesenweg sind Sie in 3 Minuten am Altausseer See.

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door.
