New Spanish Home in Downtown Avila Beach

Step onto the terrace and breathe in the fresh air while taking in the stunning mountain views. Villa Risa is a Modern Spanish, seductive, open-plan home with a statement fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with a vaulted ceiling and skylights, and wooden flooring. Spacious living area lends itself to wonderful conversations, relaxing retreat, or soaking in music or movies. Two well appointed bedrooms, along with three sleeper sofas in the great room, make it a great space for family and friends to enjoy time together. After your days of adventure, laughter will flow as you grill in the beautiful outdoor space with a panoramic view of the central coast mountains, and enjoy the hot tub on the roof deck. Three bikes provided with bike rentals nearby (if needed), Two Flip out pads (floor mattresses) are available. Guests will have access to entire house. Parking for one car in the garage and one car in an outdoor space. Beach toys, towels, chairs, beach umbrella, bikes and wagon can all be found in the garage. We will be available through messaging or text. We own a studio apartment below the villa and will be there occasionally. Villa Risa is located in the heart of the Central Coast vineyards, with a park, restaurants, Avila Beach, bike paths, and walking trails nearby. Deep sea fishing, boating, surfing, and dozens of wineries are all within easy reach. The Bob Jones trail is close by for walking and biking. San Luis Obispo (one the top five happiest places in America) is just a 15 minute drive north, where you will find great shopping, amazing restaurants, and a beautiful mission. Just south of Avila are more great beaches, outlet malls and seafood restaurants. Villa Risa is just an hour drive to Hearst Castle, passing through Morro Bay, and beautiful Cambria. You may want to check out the elephant seals at San Simeon. Villa Risa is located in the heart of the Central Coast vineyards just a short five minute walk to the shore of Avila Beach, with a park, restaurants, bike paths, and walking trails nearby. Deep sea fishing, boating, surfing, and dozens of wineries are all within easy reach.

Avila Beach House

Built in 1907, renovated in 2012 and 2020 and is located 1.5 blocks from the beach. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms (queen beds), a loft (2 twin beds) and 1 bathroom. Accommodates up to 6 guests. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cable TV, Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry and patio area with BBQ and air conditioning. PLEASE NOTE: Only a $25 cleaning fee. Blue Wave of Avila

Modern, large 1,381 sq ft two story private Condo 2 blocks from Avila's white sand beach with your own private 3rd story 600 sq ft roof top patio with couches, fire pit, heater and hot tub overlooking Avila's ambiance. Be right in the middle of the action with fishing, surfing, biking, golf, live music, restaurants, shopping all around. With a short drive your in the Central Coast wine country. Montgomery Vineyard

Montgomery Vineyard was once part of the oldest dairy farm in San Luis Obispo County. The unique accommodations offers guests an eclectic décor of antiques and memorabilia from behind the camera in Hollywood. The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond. It is a lovely, relaxing place to enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine made from the grapes grown in Montgomery Vineyard. Beautiful Avila Beach is just down the road.

"The Treehouse"/studio in oaks. Ocean 6+min. walk

This Isolated, cozy 400 sq.ft. studio on stilts has a queen bed in the bedroom, a small bathroom, a couch that pulls out to a single bed in the living room. High-speed internet with WiFi, Roku-TV streaming, sm. fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet, coffee + tea pots, private deck, and covered parking. This space resides beneath large Oaks, near a creek and golf course. A 2-night minimum on Friday to Sunday am and a 1-night minimum on Sunday to Friday am.

The Barn at Old Morro is a refreshing and beautiful space centrally located to all the Central Coast has to offer! Tastefully appointed and well stocked, the barn is the perfect getaway for Paso Robles wine country, the Cayucos/Cambria/Morro Bay Coast, San Luis Obispo shopping or exploring the gorgeous Big Sur coastline! Set in a beautiful spot at the lower end of our property under a mature and majestic grove of oak trees with overhead twinkling bistro lights.

Our condo is one of the top 10 oceanfront resorts in California. This unit overlooks the ocean, pool, Jacuzzi, bbqs and fire pit. Access to the beach is just yards away. It has a beautiful restaurant overlooking the ocean just steps below the unit. The restaurant offers pool service , room service also a full bar with live music. The resort has a gym, spa, valet parking, bikes that you can use and it is very close to many restaurants, wineries and fun events.
