New Spanish Home in Downtown Avila Beach

Step onto the terrace and breathe in the fresh air while taking in the stunning mountain views. Villa Risa is a Modern Spanish, seductive, open-plan home with a statement fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with a vaulted ceiling and skylights, and wooden flooring. Spacious living area lends itself to wonderful conversations, relaxing retreat, or soaking in music or movies. Two well appointed bedrooms, along with three sleeper sofas in the great room, make it a great space for family and friends to enjoy time together. After your days of adventure, laughter will flow as you grill in the beautiful outdoor space with a panoramic view of the central coast mountains, and enjoy the hot tub on the roof deck. Three bikes provided with bike rentals nearby (if needed), Two Flip out pads (floor mattresses) are available. Guests will have access to entire house. Parking for one car in the garage and one car in an outdoor space. Beach toys, towels, chairs, beach umbrella, bikes and wagon can all be found in the garage. We will be available through messaging or text. We own a studio apartment below the villa and will be there occasionally. Villa Risa is located in the heart of the Central Coast vineyards, with a park, restaurants, Avila Beach, bike paths, and walking trails nearby. Deep sea fishing, boating, surfing, and dozens of wineries are all within easy reach. The Bob Jones trail is close by for walking and biking. San Luis Obispo (one the top five happiest places in America) is just a 15 minute drive north, where you will find great shopping, amazing restaurants, and a beautiful mission. Just south of Avila are more great beaches, outlet malls and seafood restaurants. Villa Risa is just an hour drive to Hearst Castle, passing through Morro Bay, and beautiful Cambria. You may want to check out the elephant seals at San Simeon. Villa Risa is located in the heart of the Central Coast vineyards just a short five minute walk to the shore of Avila Beach, with a park, restaurants, bike paths, and walking trails nearby. Deep sea fishing, boating, surfing, and dozens of wineries are all within easy reach.

This elegant 1,300 sq. ft. private, fully-furnished apartment has 2 bedrooms/2 baths, full kitchen, large living/dining room, washer/dryer, office, high-sped internet with WiFi , TV w/ Roku, patio and a deck overlooking the Oaks. It is a quick stroll to Avila Beach and we have some beach essentials for your use. The town has great walkable restaurants, wine/beer bars + shopping. Newly built,secluded 600 sq ft 1 bedroom home with panoramic views of all of San Luis Obispo. Home is centrally located at 7min from both downtown &/or wineries, 3 miles to Cal Poly- but is completely quiet with no traffic on our multi acre property. This home shares the driveway and parking with our family’s main house, but the home has been designed for the two sets of 8ft glass sliders to have unobstructed views while maintaining complete privacy. We are 15 minutes to Avila and Pismo Beach.

Built in 1907, renovated in 2012 and 2020 and is located 1.5 blocks from the beach. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms (queen beds), a loft (2 twin beds) and 1 bathroom. Accommodates up to 6 guests. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cable TV, Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry and patio area with BBQ and air conditioning. PLEASE NOTE: Only a $25 cleaning fee. This unique place has a style all it's own. Mid century modern loft located just a few blocks from downtown SLO. 10 min walk and 3 min drive to all the great shops and restaurants SLO has to offer. Thick glass walls in the bedroom allow for an open loft like experience. Many fun details throughout the place create a truly unique vibe. This 800sf loft located upstairs above a salon is private and has designed parking.

Sandy’s Place

Picturesque beach house perched on the hillside overlooking Avila Beach and Harbor. This house is single story once you walk up a flight of steps. You are welcomed by a beautifully landscaped yard and a large porch to sit and watch the waves and stunning sunsets. The bedrooms are on the backside of the house allowing the family room, eating area and kitchen to have views of the ocean.
