This place is beautiful, a few spacious areas around the home to hangout with everyone you stay with. Beds were extremely comfortable! Would definitely come back and stay again!

Maria's place was absolutely delightful! The location is unbeatable, right near everything you could need. From the moment we arrived, both she and her husband made us feel right at home. Having a grocery store just across the street was incredibly convenient, and we loved discovering the nearby taco stand—such a treat! Gusto's bakery was an incredible find, just a short walk away, and we took full advantage of the easy stroll to the beach for free yoga sessions on the bluff. Maria's thoughtful touch of providing yoga mats was such a bonus! We truly appreciated that so many stores and restaurants were within walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable since we didn't need a car to explore the area. The unit itself was spotless and secure, plus it was stocked with a variety of extra amenities like coffee, tea, cooking essentials, and personal care items. Overall, I can't recommend Maria's place enough. I hope to return!

What a great place to stay at and what an amazing host! The apartment was very clean and complete. Photos really show what you get. Location is great with easy great access to the Pike, Convention Center, and downtown Long Beach. No need to use your car! Acces instructions were clear and concise and app worked flawlessly. Zach is the most responsive and accommodating host. We loved our experience and recommend this place! Thanks Zach!!!

We absolutely loved Paul’s place. It was perfect for a weekend away! You can walk to Shoreline Village if you want. Less than 10,000 steps lol! Paul did a wonderful job with his place! It is so cozy and quiet. We felt so at home! He has everything you need and then some. Paul responds quickly! He gave us amazing directions and we loved every moment staying at his little oasis near the ocean. Thank you Paul for a wonderful weekend! We cannot wait to come back!

we had a great time and a lovely stay! PROS -location was awesome! steps away from the beach and tons of restaurants. we enjoyed walking everywhere! -reserved parking spot- only good for small cars though, but there's plenty of free street parking too. -place was clean, easy to get to, and host was friendly and responsive! -worth it for the price! CONS -the only windows that opened faced a shared walkway and we didn't feel comfortable keeping them open overnight or while showering, so the place can get musty. but not too much of an issue as there are fans in some rooms. we also didn't spend too much time in the space since we were out and about all day.

Lovely place, I was travelling for business but hope to return for a vacation with the family.

Our stay at Lux properties was very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed the amenities and had a peaceful staycation. The host was very nice and provided thoughtful toiletries. The small touch left a big impression on our stay. Also the beds were sooo comfortable!! We will be back :)

We really enjoyed the convenience of the rental’s location and how well the place was maintained. Everything we needed was provided in the well thought out amenities. The host was very responsive and were very accommodating to us. We would definitely look to rent from this host again.

Had a great, easy stay. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious. Jan & Dale added lovely extra touches with snacks and breakfast items and were very responsive to our questions. I'd definitely rent here again!

Aly was an awesome host. I had so many things on my itinerary and it was in the middle between all the places my kids and I visited. It was a perfect place for the three of us, and about 20 min. from the beach. Will definitely book again the next time I am in the area. Thank you Aly!

This was a great “home base” for hosting family from out of town! The space was exactly as it was described in the listing, and had plenty of room for our two families to settle. It was conveniently located near stores and supermarkets, as well as local attractions. The kitchen fixtures were high-end and easy to use. The check-in instructions were very clear and the building’s staff was helpful. The view from the space was amazing! The hosts were very responsive to our communications. I would highly recommend this space to other families who are visiting the OC area!

We had a wonderful stay at Brandon’s place. It was exceptionally clean, neat, and very comfortable — just as described. You can tell the host really pays attention to the details. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and the space was well-maintained throughout. We truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

The Village at Irvine Spectrum is definitely one of the best places to stay for vacation. The room is comfy with a night view. Comfy living room with a nice couch and Netflix. Kitchen is clean but with some missing amenities. Nice and clean shower. Washer and dryer are available. Bedroom is comfortable. Would recommend for a quick getaway nothing too long. Overall with a few touch ups this room can be a great option for couples.

The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions and no issues at all. Rachel was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I especially appreciated that the unit is conveniently located on the first floor, just steps from the parking spot and garage entrance. The space itself was spotless, well-organized, and inviting—truly a cozy home away from home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and even my dog enjoyed relaxing by the window and patio, watching the communal green space and exploring the nearby walking paths. My only caveat is that the walls are a bit thin, which may be worth considering for light sleepers. That said, everything else exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be booking again.
