A great location. Easy walk into Mt Eliza Village with lots of great shops, cafes and supermarkets. Very close to the beach and a short drive to Mornington. Easy access to the Mornington Peninsula. Washer and dryer were very handy. Very quiet complex

Great stay here. Trust what you read under Bohdan’s management. He’s a great host. The cottage is gorgeous and in a great location. Everything you need - very practical design. Well equiped and clean which was a highlight after staying in many grotty, sticky places with a lot of everything you don’t need. Bohdan asked for feedback as to what the cottage might need and I can’t think of anything - it’s all there 👍.

Absolutely stunning views, very clean and neat! Beds were unbelievably comfortable! Had everything you need and more. Great location too, nice and quiet and only a quick drive to the main town/ shops

Kylie was always super quick to respond to messages and queries, often within an hour or so. She was very friendly over message, and was quite welcoming - making us feel confident this was a trustworthy and great place to spend the weekend. The house is in a FANTASTIC location, and was only a five minute walk from the local shopping centre and beach front. The house itself was well-cleaned and very spacious. The large backyard was a great addition, especially with the summer weather. Amenities all worked well and were in great condition. Can definitely see myself visiting again.

This was a perfect getaway for our family Easter. The man cave was great for our family to hangout together. It is next level! Walks to Coronet Bay, Settlement Point, The Boat Ramp and for coffee to Fig and Bay are right at the end of the street. This property is really secure for pets and caters for anything your dog could need. Thanks

A warm and welcoming host, very communicative and caring. Lovely place just as described, with plenty to do nearby, easy to find with a gorgeous view to sit and relax with a glass of wine. It was beautiful to hear the ocean sounds at dusk and our toy cavoodle enjoyed the walks at the beach and lovely grass areas. Bedding was very comfortable and the tv entertainment was great. Frank was great to communicate with and very accommodating, even with last-minute changes. Frank's home is wonderful, spacious and very clean. The Balcony is to die for, and I wrote a chapter for my next book on the swinging chair. The only slight disappointment was that the pool is actually a pond. You can dip in it, but it is not for swimming laps it is relatively small and full of fish. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life, endlessly quiet, beautiful sunrises from the comfort and warmth of your bed.

The house is clean and very close to the beach, very suitable to a big group as well, we enjoyed our stay there very much.
