We loved staying here! It was so cute and cozy. Lots of recommendations of things to do and sights around the area. Dawn reached out with instructions and was super helpful and reachable. Would definitely stay again.

This cabin was awesome! Main reason is location. Many cabins are too close to highway for good nights rest. We have stayed in some with no rest that night. This was best nights of sleep in Tioga ever. Thank you. we will return!

It was great house with views didn’t get to experience outside too much coz of weather it was raining but enjoyed our stay there.Beautiful views.

Dustin’s place was very clean, just as the description said. A great place to stay if you’re in the Wellsville area.

Beautiful, clean cabin with all listed amenities. Spacious with plenty of sleeping and bathroom space. Fully stocked efficient kitchen. Hottub works and is very roomy. Peaceful woodland scenery. Neighbors seemed visually curious about us.

What a pleasurable stay for our extended family. The house was meticulous and beautiful. This was not a cheap flip. This home was done with care for detail. The view was absolutely magnificent, and what a treat to see elk and deer come to the pasture for the children to see. Everyone in our family said how much they loved the stay. It was well worth the 2 1/2 hr drive!

The house was exactly as described. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and just hanging out on the porch. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfy. We are hoping to visit again.

Agree with other reviewers - better on the inside than outside. Clean, comfortable. Just down the street from the main site with multiple cabins, the office, and direct creek access. Will consider staying at one of those cabins next time.

Fred's studio apartment was perfect for a few nights in the area with my dog. We had everything we could have needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities. The view of the forest is beautiful, and the home is in a very peaceful, quiet location on a dead end road which was nice for walking my dog. Definitely will re-book next time we are in the area!
