We really enjoyed our stay again. The apartment was clean, tidy and has a great layout - its very spacious and comfortable. The decor is nice too. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Te Awamutu. We heard some music from nearby bars on Saturday night, but it stopped by midnight and didn't bother us too much. Lynne and John were excellent hosts again, friendly and easy to deal with. We'd definitely stay here again!

Had my parents stay over for a few weeks and they really enjoyed the unit. The house was fully equipped and felt very homey. It's located right in the CBD, so getting to places was just a short walk or drive away. A couple of things to note: light sleepers might be affected by the vibrations from passing trains in the evening, as there’s a railway down the street. The house is also right by a fairly busy road, so you might hear some traffic noise throughout the day. Additionally, all the bathrooms are located upstairs, which could be inconvenient for those with mobility issues. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay—especially for longer visits.

Superb location with the most amazing views. Place was extremely clean, very spacious and had everything you could possibly require (great cutlery & crockery, glass wear and plenty of platters and serving bowls). Lovely big dining table, plenty seating inside and out. Easy access to the beach with a lovely long stretch of beachfront to walk all the way down to the lagoon and pier where you can fish. Pool was heated and hot tub available. Beds were extremely comfortable and plenty of storage space available. Highly recommend and already looking to see when I can come again.

We stayed at Jackie’s place as part of a road trip. Despite MY poor communication on the day of check-in, Jackie was very professional and responsive and made a breeze. Carpark is very secure, as is the elevator to get to the apartment floor. The apartment building is very central to amazing restaurants and is a very walkable 20-25mins to FMG Stadium, where we watched the Chiefs play the Highlanders (great environment and local crowd energy!!). Hamilton is renowned for gorgeous gardens and we also made the most of our time there as well. I highly recommend this place as a way to explore Hamilton and surrounds and if available would stay again.

We had a great time staying at Mount Handy Dandy. Diane was very kind and welcoming, and we enjoyed our visit. The location was perfect to visit the Main Street and the mount and beach.

Vicky’s place was great! Perfect for the 4 of us, located right near the Whangamata high street and a great view over the town and of the hills in the distance. The lounge was comfortable to relax in, the balcony got a lot of sun and the flat had all the amenities you could want. The instructions for finding the building, getting in and where to park, etc. were very clear and Vicky was incredibly helpful and responsive to messages. Would definitely stay again

We came up with our families to go to the Bluey show at Globe theatre and aren't very familiar with Hamilton. We were so lucky to find Heemi's house and so glad we did! The house was spotless, very comfortable and homely and had everything we needed for our stay. The house is very private in a back section, lots of parking, spacious and a fantastic outdoor entertaining space. Within 5 mins there is a supermarket and plenty of options for food. All in all we really enjoyed our stay - thanks again!

Our big family had a great stay at Nathan’s place over the Easter weekend. There was lots to do including a hot tub, pool, dartboard, tennis court and games. Best yet, it is also home to lots of sheep and some chickens! During our stay we were able to enter the chicken coop and pick fresh eggs in the morning! Very lovely home and 100% would go back again.

Lisa's place was just what we needed for our stay in Hamilton. Townhouse is modern and has all amenities one could want. Perfect location to take on all of the nearby sites and convenient for day trips. We really liked the setup of the place and would definitely stay again. Thanks Lisa!

We stayed at Mei's accommodation for two nights. We felt very comfortable. The house is large and the kitchen is very well equipped - the location is also great - absolute recommendation!

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The apartment itself is so spacious, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The location was close to everything- we walked everywhere the weekend. Will most definitely be back - this is the perfect place for a weekend in the Mount!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. It was spacious indoors. Sitting outside with a cold drink taking in the view and watching tuis, quail and fantails was great. We made use of the barbecue and washing machine. Kitchen area was compact. Alan the host was welcoming and gave us good tips on things to do.

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

We had a fabulous time thank you for having us Barry. The apartment is in a great location and the kitchen is well catered for with appliances and provisions for self catering. Having stayed at the Mount for many years this year would have to be the highlight, great weather, great location and the pool was an absolute treasure especially for my husband who is English and isn’t particularly fond of the beach. I would recommend this as a location for people who are wanting a holiday at the beach but if it is windy or a bit cold can enjoy a swim in the pool. Regards Jackie

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

Great location , most restaurants and activities are about 5-10min drive , secure parking . Apartment has everything you need for a getaway .

Homely place. we enjoyed the space esp the separate living room. Carla always responded quickly to our queries/needs. Downside is lack of kitchen sink but this was expected as it's clearly communicated in the description.
