"A recently refurbished self-contained annex in the midst of beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. Close to the Chilterns, the pretty market towns of Thame and Watlington and just 20 minutes drive from Oxford. There are excellent walks and numerous pubs and restaurants with delicious food and warm fires. The property is a separate annex from the main house and is perfect for a relaxing break. It has a sitting area and kitchen, a bedroom with beautiful views, a superking bed and a modern bathroom.

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

Half mile from M40 and Ridgeway ancient track. Buses to/from Oxford/London 24 hours. Fast wifi, flatscreen TV (via internet) large shower and pretty patio with views. Tea/coffee/kettle and fridge. Car parking on drive. External auto light sensors. No smoking please, even in the garden! No shop in village!!! Small friendly dogs on site.

The Barn is attached to the main house but has a separate entrance and outside seating area which is not overlooked by the main house. Only 25 minutes from central Oxford but a rare slice of rural life, with horses, cattle and chickens as your neighbours. Fabulous local walks in the Chilterns and excellent local pubs. This is adjacent to an occupied family house. It is properly rural and best suited to those with a car.

Towersey is one mile from the market town of Thame, and has an excellent village pub plus access to the Phoenix Trail cycle & footpath. The Annex has its own entrance with parking space, a double bedroom with king sized bed & tv, and sitting room with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plus tv. There is a power shower over the bath.
