Furniture built from locally sourced trees for a beautifully crafted, rustic finish. Swing in a hammock or egg chair and indulge in a bit of star gazing. Watch the surrounding wildlife by the log burner or gather by the fire pit. Head ito Exmoor or Dartmoor & enjoy the many walks/bike rides; surf or explore the beaches. Help feed the animals and relax, recharge & re-connect!

A thatched Semi detached part of a Devon Longhouse around 400 years old. This little quaint cottage/annex has lots of period features. The cottage is situated in a quiet area with around 45 minute drive to the sea and some beautiful North Devon beaches. A quiet simple countryside retreat. NB: No takeaways available

Beautiful guest house just outside Umberleigh in North Devon, in the heart of the Taw Valley. Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. Valle Vue is a quite rural warm cosy place, on the end of the bungalow with is own private entrance, private off road parking right outside, A King sized bed with adjoining en-suite, & a separate WC. Complementary tea, coffee, cereal, milk & fruit juice. The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

Whilst we are in a small rural hamlet, we also have towns and villages a short drive away which have great pubs and cafes. We are 45 minutes from the beautiful North Devon beaches as well as Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks. Driveway parking for 2 cars.
