Artemida: aluguel por temporada com vista para o mar

We had such a wonderful time at Maria and Micheal’s place and would definitely come back. The apartment is located about 45 minutes from Athens and is on the port of Rafina. Rafina itself is a lovely sea town with great food and great people and great access to the beach. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and clean. We spent 6 days there and had a great time exploring Athens and the Greek Riviera. Parking was never an issue. We even made organic lemonade from a tree growing in the back. It’s perfectly located next to a grocery store and several fast food restaurants. The local square is FULL of authentic Greek restaurants. We had no issues and the hosts were perfectly lovely and very responsive. Even though we visited during the off-season, there was plenty to do and the house was ready for guests. 10/10 would recommend to anyone traveling to the region.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, l’appartement était vraiment nickel ! La vue est vraiment magnifique, nous avions le tram juste en face donc c’était vraiment pratique pour les déplacements. Nous étions avec nos 4 enfants et l’espace pour les enfants était super ! L’hôte était très réactif à nos demandes , il répondant très rapidement, c’était vraiment chouette 🥳 on se réjouit de revenir ! 🥰

Appartamento molto bello, con vista sul mare che regala tramonti meravigliosi. L'appartamento era molto pulito e ben fornito, abbiamo soggiornato due mesi e siamo stati benissimo, trovando tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. La zona è molto comoda, a due passi dalla spiaggia e a pochi metri da tutto: supermercati, ristoranti, bar, negozi, una zona verde. Adatto anche a chi ha un cane, il nostro ha adorato il posto. Con dieci minuti di auto si è nel centro di Atene, oppure si può prendere il tram dalla vicina fermata. Host molto disponibile, reattiva e cordiale, grazie veramente di tutto :)

Nous n’avons passé qu’une courte nuit mais Mike a été très réactif quand nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver l’emplacement. Super endroit juste au dessus de la mer avec possibilité de baignade à 2 mn. Magique ! Seul petit bémol il faisait assez chaud à l’intérieur, et la chambre adulte n’a pas de grand lit mais 2 lit jumeaux, avec une literie assez limite pour un dos un peu fragile. Nous avons trouvé des bouteilles d’eau et des bières fraîches à notre arrivée, tellement sympa ! Merci Mike ! super adresse, on serait bien restes !!

We had a wonderful time in Vagia, especially staying in this beautiful house. It’s perfectly located in a peaceful area with a lovely view. The house was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly recommend Karina’s home – she and her family were great hosts.

The apartment is beautifully renovated with its modern, welcoming interior. Every need was provided. Located at the back of the building facing an internal courtyard created calm and privacy at all times. Yet, well walk out onto the street all need from supermarket, cafes, restaurants, cinema, and the beautiful port of Pireaus Pasalima directly in front. I like walking and although Athens is not a walking city, this area is. The hosts were all brilliant communicators and extremely responsive. It was a pleasure to stay here for a week. I can't recommend more highly.

We had the most wonderful time. The villa is so beautiful and spacious. We had all we needed to cook and have a bbq. Lovely fresh linen and towels. The pool was lovely and private. Hammock was a great bonus. Views were beautiful and very easy to find from the airport. Thank you so much Gina

From the communication before the check in to the check out the availability was very good. We have received an introduction to the apartment and good information about what can be done nearby. The apartment has a private street and parking area. The beach is nearby and can easily be reached on foot. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday with children. All electronic devices have been clean and worked perfectly. We would definitely come back next time we are in Porto Rafti. Thanks a lot!

Where to begin. Fantastic hostess, family are so sweet and make sure everything is taken care of to make your stay comfortable. Location is perfect, very central with amazing sea views. Apartment is spotless and highly refurbished with all mod cons. The is a supermarket is literally around the corner, with a great selection for fresh produce. There is a bus stop that runs frequently to Athens so you can explore the history of the acropolis. The pool is owned by the cafe, however, if you make aware to George you are staying at the apartment and so long as you are buying drinks, they will waiver the fee. Great food, great atmosphere. Very clean place, eating out costs roughly 60-100 euro for a family of four including two alcoholic drinks. Overall, immense value for money and the hostess was an absolute gem, nothing was ever a problem. Quick responses. 5/5 We can’t wait to stay again ☺️

The house has all the amenities provided on the description. The rooms and all the spaces in general were clean and tidy which consisted a perfect place for a family stay such as my own. The area was also very quiet and peaceful. The host was very friendly and eager to help us with every need and inquiry. He also provided info about the local restaurants and places to go. All in all I totally recommend it!

This has to be the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. It is absolutely beautiful and the Elias‘s hospitality is beyond words. There are some restaurants and beaches walking distance away, but you have a gorgeous pool at your disposal. There were snacks and other sweet touches. I highly recommend!!

Kohteessa oli paljon tilaa ja tekemistä sekä upea näkymä! Asunto oli siisti. Kohteen korkea sijainti vaatii reippailua, mutta ei ollut kuitenkaan mahdoton. Suosittelen kohdetta liikunnalliselle seurueelle, jos haluaa lomalla tutkailla ympäristöään ja käydä reissuilla, mutta eritoten seurueelle, joka arvostaa rauhaa ja yksityisyyttä, ja kaipaa lomaltaan rentoa yhdessäoloa. :-)

Jak tak pięknie jest w zimie, to co dopiero w lecie :-) Antonios zawsze dostępny, znajduje rozwiązanie na wszystko! Dom, ogród, zaplecze - pierwsza klasa. Koty - kto lubi, a chyba wszyscy lubimy :-) - dodają dużo atmosfery. Widok z salonu, tarasu i górnego tarasu - bajeczne. Miejsce świetne, morze 100m, knajpki 100-300m i na śniadania, lunche i kolacje. Sklepy też na piechotę, zarówno małe jak i dwa markety. Na lotnisko 20min, do Aten (pod Akropol) 60min. Cieszymy się, że wybraliśmy dom Anotoniosa.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sofia. La vie de l’appartement est juste magnifique ! De belles plages à proximité ainsi que de nombreux restaurants pour profiter de Porto Rafti et se reposer.. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

We had the most amazing stay at this stunning villa in April! The property is absolutely breathtaking, with gorgeous views that made every moment special. It was the perfect setting for our relaxing getaway with friends. Maria and Dimitrios were exceptional hosts - so welcoming, accommodating, and incredibly responsive to all our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, and their warmth made us feel right at home. The villa itself was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail in the design and amenities added an extra touch of luxury. We can’t recommend this place enough and would love to return someday. Mooie accomodatie, mooie ligging en uitzicht. Ter plaatse weinig voorzieningen, maar met een auto zijn de meeste dingen goed bereikbaar

What can I say about George’s place other than, if you decide to stay in Vouliagmeni,look no further!! George was great!!! We didn’t need anything because everything was there!! Supermarket was a 5 minute walk, beach was a 5 minute walk,the lake was a 15 minute walk and great restaurants were all around!! Would DEFINITELY stay there again!! Pros: Beautiful house, lovely hosts, idyllic area. Easy access to all riviera, and Athens city. Generous sized bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. The juice press and freshly picked oranges left for us. Feels authentically Greek, not like hotel. Plenty of extra towels, sheets, blankest. Hosts would bring us whatever we needed. Cons: Have to walk on narrow sidewalk along main road 1 min to access house. The road is noisy in living room and front porch, bedrooms are in the back are more sheltered. The road is 6 lanes, and the beach is on the other side, so it takes some time going across and it can feel a bit daunting for some. Bit of a walk to nearest safe crossing. For us, the pros outweighs the cons. Bring earplugs to cancel the noise from the road and you'll be fine.

Wonderful home, quiet neighborhood, very clean. And the host is very communicative! 10/10

Our stay at the apartment in Palio Faliro was wonderful. We were greeted at the airport by a taxi set up by our host. Our driver picked us up from the Athens airport very late at night and brought us to the apartment. There we were greeted by the owners assistant who showed us around. She was very sweet, courteous and informative. We loved the nice large size of the apartment. The comfortable beds and spacious kitchen for preparing meals. The patio is a lovely addition to the apartment. It extends the length of the apartment and can be entered from the kitchen, living room and bedroom. The apartment offered all you need for an excellent stay in Palio Faliro. We would definitely rent this apartment again when returning to the area.
