We are close by to accommodate any needs you may have but also far enough away to ensure your privacy. Landscaped, fully fenced yard with deck, BBQ and fire pit area. We are minutes away from award winning wineries, beaches, Lopez Lake and San Luis Obispo. We encourage folks from all walks of life to enjoy the serenity of our ranch and a little bit of country living.

This unique and peaceful stay is perfect for those who want to get away from the hustle of everyday life to enjoy the sounds of wildlife or explore the nearby wineries and beaches. It is centrally-located and only a short drive to downtown Arroyo Grande or San Luis Obispo. Attending a wedding or event at local venue? Close to ocean..wineries..quiet..barbeque and firepit area..patio for sunbathing ..microwave and coffee pot..laundry in room w/d..small ..refrigerator..toaster...iron and ironing board and also wifi..pets MUST be picked up after..if you can provide coverings for bedding that would be great..hair is a problem! I'd also appreciate good behavior from dogs ..being barked or snarled at in my yard isn't acceptable and I spend a little time every day in my yard.. please leash if not trained

On our own private lane and just minutes away from award winning wineries, Oceano Dunes, Monarch Butterfly Grove, Pismo Beach, Pismo Outlets, & Pismo Preserve. Avila Beach/Hartford pier. Numerous golf courses. Lopez Lake and San Luis Obispo are just 10-15 minutes from the Chalet. Morro Bay, Montana de Oro and Hearst Castle are short day trips away.
