Pros: 1. William was a great host. Well responsive on the Airbnb app. The unit has everything mentioned in the listing. 2. Reserved parking is hardly 20 second walk to the unit. So, that works in the favor in all kind of weathers. 3. Patio/balcony has furniture. Su, very useful if you want to hang outside. 4. Smart TV gives options for entertainment. No cons honestly.

I have stay at many different Airbnb’s in the building for work trips to Arlington and Arsham’s is by far the most beautiful! Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and luxurious! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Ciarra and Deven were amazing hosts! Their home was in a prime location, affordable, and provided excellent accommodations. I arrived in the city earlier than expected, and they did not hesitate to provide an early check-in. The home was beautiful and very peaceful. I will definitely recommend staying in their home when in town.

Very convenient location for our visit to DC. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen seemed to have all equipment you might want. We would stay here again.

Great place - I hope to stay here next time I'm in DC. Perfectly situated a couple blocks from the Metro red line, it's also surrounded by this great blend of residential places - apts/condos/town houses - but also a huge selection of restaurants and bars. The place was as described, with two small terraces (on the two levels) as well as access to a larger community deck. It was spotless, comfy, great really. I do wish the shower were a bit stronger, but it was fine. I'd hoped to get entry instructions 3 days before my visit, then got a message saying they'd come the day of, which made me nervous bc of past AirBnB experiences - so I asked to get them sooner and they were sent immediately, so worked out great. The place is not the cheapest but totally worth the cost IMO. Best response time I've seen from any AirBnB host. Thanks!

Comfortable modern, well maintained appartment , perfect location near metro and Bethesda center with shops and restaurants. Our host was responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend staying here for tourism or work.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

We were traveling as a group of 8 people and there was plenty of space for everyone! House was beautifully appointed, spotless, and in a great, walkable neighborhood which felt very safe and close to everything (large grocery store close by). Very easy to get to DC using the Metro. Although a few minutes closer to the East Falls Station, worth the drive to the West Falls Station as parking gets tight at the East one and in our experience, no problem at all at the West one. Short drive to the Heidelberg bakery which was definitely worth the trip! Jack was very responsive and whenever I reached out via messaging, he would reply in less than half an hour. We spent most days visiting the sights in DC and it was great to come back from a busy day and relax at the house. Great spacious backyard with a stone patio, fireplace, grill and accessories and a great porch swing which everyone enjoyed. Definitely A+!!

Thang's place was perfect for the group. Very close to the metro station which was a plus. The house was beautiful and everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful house and beautiful location. Thank you Thang for sharing your beautiful space.

Very comfortable home with lots of privacy and a nice living room area. The hosts are very accomodating and willing to help with any questions or needs you may have.

This home was perfect for our group of 11 people! There were plenty of bedrooms and beds and sofa beds for our krewe. The kitchen was well stocked and there were extra sheets and towels, which came in very handy. The neighborhood was very safe and convenient to the airport and to downtown DC. Tahmeed also reached out regularly to make sure that we were taken care of, which we really appreciated. Great place! Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at the chalet retreat! We were a group of two families, 4 adults and 4 children visiting DC and found the location very convenient to drive to the Clarendon metro station (car park near the station) and then take the metro into DC. The house itself was very cool and as expected from the listing photos. There was more than enough room for all of us and we loved the style and decor! We also enjoyed the windy run trail which was only a few minutes walk from the house. Mohsen was a super host, fantastic with his communication and proactively checked in on us to make sure we had all we need. All in all, 5 stars!

James was very helpful and quick to respond to my texts. The house was above expectations.. I wish we had more time to enjoy the house The kitchen, Absolutely top notch, ( 2 chefs in this family) We have 4 kids 7-11 years old and they love the big living room. No complaints with enormous amount of towels, pillows and beddings. You don't need to pack a lot of stuff with you before you travel, because almost everything is provided. The place is neat, clean and very organize. The place is close to a lot of restaurants, shopping centers. If I have to visit again, I will definitely would want to stay here again. Our family in Arlington was hosting Thanksgiving, and we needed additional space for 6 family members to sleep. We chose Chuchi's home for the neighborhood and proximity to family. The home is very comfortable. It has a media center and workout room. The gourmet kitchen has everything one would want. New appliances, plenty of tableware, utensils, and glasses. We were welcomed with a gift basket of wine and snacks. We would be happy to stay here again.

This place is very quiet and safe. Finding a parking spot is extremely easy. You will need to tell the host ahead to get the parking permit. Sha is a very nice host and responds to messages timely. The place is very clean and comfortable. I would like to visit again!
