The Coach House is located on our mountain top horse and lavender farm. We offer youth summer camps so are set up for fun outdoor adventures and activities. Have fun with our horses, goats, and chickens! You can take a 10 min walk over to Nonno's Restaurant for wine/pizza/BBQ and bacchi ball, or take an 8 min drive into Los Gatos, or 15 min to Santa Cruz for the beach and some of the best restaurants and spas around!. By car you will be half way between Santa Cruz and Carmel by the Sea for shopping, dining or entertainment with many beaches to visit in between.

Our location is on a quiet dead-end street in the beautiful redwood forested mountains above Felton. We have an intimate private suite (bedroom with Queen bed, sitting room and bath), with its own entrance. We have a wide view of the San Lorenzo Valley, and are only 2 miles from downtown Felton. Access to hiking, mountain biking, coast trail and surfing is within minutes. We are taking the current coronavirus situation very seriously, and have implemented advanced cleaning procedures.

Our home was originally built in the 1930s. The previous owners lived here until we purchased it in 2016. In the ’90s, her grandkids added onto the house and put up a wall to create a small one-bedroom unit for her to live in and they stayed in the rest of the house while caring for her. When we bought the house, we made some light updates, and we feel really lucky to now be able to share this small space with guests visiting Santa Cruz County.

Cozy, budget-friendly apartment in the heart of Capitola Village. Just 1-2 blocks from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Compact space with 1 bedroom, pullout couch, and kitchenette. Shared outdoor area. Best for guests who value location over luxury. We allow 1 dog, up to 30 lbs, with a $25/day pet fee. There is potential for noise due to it being the bottom unit.
