The Pond House Annexe

Self-contained with its own entrance, the Annexe forms part of the main house, situated 80 miles south west of London, in a quiet hamlet but very convenient for the A303. It is ideally located for an overnight stay for anyone travelling between London and the West Country. Close to well-known towns and cities including Andover, Salisbury, Winchester and Marlborough, it is just 12 miles from Stonehenge, as well as providing easy access to fly fishing on Hampshire’s world-renowned chalk streams.

Gorgeous Hampshire coach house with hot tub and gym. Only 15 minutes from the A303 and Andover train station, in a quiet village with an excellent pub five minutes walk. Visit Stockbridge, Malborough, Highclere Castle,Stonehenge to name a few! The house is very spacious with two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower, separate downstairs loo. The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

Guests have use of Annexe to Prospect House on the edge of Pewsey Vale, Salisbury Plain and the North Wessex Downs. There are private entrances and gated driveway parking for added security. A separate room can be used for storage of bikes etc. You will enjoy a large living space of 20+ sq metres having an emperor size bed that can be used as twins. Cot and/or child bed can be provided for families. WIFI and Sky tv are complimentary.
