We do have space beside the carport to park a small boat. Only 1.4 miles to downtown where you can enjoy the nice restaurants, shops, and take a walk along the waterfront. Only minutes for River, Bay, or Gulf Fishing. 15 minutes to St George Island where you will find the beautiful white beach, Lighthouse and shops

Relax at this peaceful, recently renovated home with original hardwood floors and front porch swing. It’s located on an acre of beautiful flowering plants and fruit trees. Our cozy cottage is only two blocks from the Apalachicola Bay and two miles from downtown Apalachicola for shopping and restaurants. We are centrally located between St George Island and CSB just a short drive from fishing and sightseeing adventures. There is a $100.00 dog fee with a two dogs max (no cats.)

Point Break- Take a break at the Point

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

Located on the island's golf cart-friendly west side (but still near the center of town) you’ll be close enough to walk to the Lighthouse, 1.5 blocks from the bay & 4 blocks to the ocean. From the expansive windows, view includes a tad of the bay, reminding you that the bigger bay and gulf are calling.

Centrally located, just 10 minutes to the sandy white beaches of St George Island and 10 minutes from Historical Apalachicola. This 2B/2B house was completely refurnished in July 2022. With one king bed, one queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa it will comfortably accommodate 6 people. A large gravel parking gives you plenty of room to bring your boat! smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, no cable.
