Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

O luminoso apartamento "Bergblick - Fichte" em Villnöss/Funes destaca-se pela sua localização tranquila com vista para a montanha. Com 50 m², dispõe de uma cozinha totalmente equipada com máquina de lavar loiça, 2 quartos, 1 casa de banho e uma casa de banho de serviço, acomodando até 4 pessoas. L’appartamento dispone di zona giorno con divano letto e smart tv, un angolo cottura attrezzato con frigorifero, lavastoviglie, piano cottura, forno (forno a micronde su richiesta), tavolo da pranzo, balcone rivolto a sud con vista panoramica, camera matrimoniale, soppalco con letto matrimoniale e bagno con ampia doccia walk in e vasca idromassaggio.

Villa Sonnenschein

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

Hoferhof - Bauernhofurlaub

Schnelles Wlan (Glasfaser) und Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Beim Hoferhof Gsies beginnt die Erholung schon bei der Anfahrt durch das Gsieser Tal. Die Ruhe und gute Luft sowie gleichzeitig vielfältige Freizeit-, Sport- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten machen Ihren Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof zu jeder Jahreszeit zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Haustiere sind aus Rücksicht auf unsere nächsten Gäste nur nach Absprache erlaubt.
