The villa is surrounded with patio and terrace areas and at the back of the property is a 40m2 private pool area for sole use by occupants. We have a portable BBQ that will be available and set up on the patio by the pool. The pool is surrounded by terraces on which there is plenty of room for sun loungers, chairs, and tables for guests to relax and enjoy the views and magnificent sunsets.

It is very practical, offering coolness throughout the day and is suitable for relaxing vacations all year round.The outdoor space of the house is perpetually shaded, next to the barbecue area overlooks our garden. The swimming pool of the property is available to you 24/7*. The house is only 350 m. away from the beach and the surrounding nature is enchanting.

Entering from the main entrance of the holiday home, you are welcomed by a lush garden with lawn and trees, two colorful hammocks, a stone fountain and a covered BBQ, which can be used by guests. Then we go from private access to the studio, where it is independent of the main house. There is another garden with lawn and trees, a private yard, and three mountain bikes for free use.

A spacious two-story family friendly villa on a 1500 sqm land plot with a big garden, a barbecue and a private two-car driveway. The garden is big enough for adults to enjoy tranquility while kids safely play nearby and in the treehouse.
