Enjoy a dedicated workspace with fast WiFi, a cozy living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Walk to top restaurants, bars, and attractions. Perfect for remote work, business trips, or weekend stays. It is a short walking distance from the riverwalk and a newly built Ralph Wilson Park. No parties under any circumstances. This amazing and lovely 3-bedroom house has been completely updated, and comes equipped with a marvelous kitchen, comfy living room with 65In TV and Sound Bar system, up-scale bathroom, and relaxing bedrooms. I do pre-screen as I do not allow large house parties but I’m flexible in regards to small gatherings. Also I have to disclose I have outdoor cameras (A doorbell camera and a porch camera). House is also 12mins away from Downtown Detroit and is located right by a major freeway (I-96).

Our loft is situated in a vibrant neighborhood in the heart of Downtown Detroit. The building, a former coat factory, has been converted into industrial-style lofts. Please note that due to the nature of the building, sound may permeate the walls and guests may hear their neighbors at times. If a completely noise-free stay is a priority, this loft may not be suitable for your needs. Additionally, this space is also well-suited for photo shoots, content recording, and business meetings.

Only registered guests are allowed. Exterior security cameras will verify the number of guests No local bookings. If you are local, your reservation may be canceled. The home is over 100 years old there are some cosmetic imperfections. If you want perfect newly renovated this may not be the home for you.

Grill as you relax on front porch on the swing or in the yard by the fire pit, under umbrellas or in the jacuzzi. Umbrella table on the deck, firepit and chairs on dock where you can watch boats and freighters going up toward and down from Detroit. Inside and outdoor games also provided for your enjoyment.
