We really enjoyed this place. It had everything you needed and clean. The carpet needed vacuuming but everything else was great. Beautiful view, so much to do on property and great location. Definitely hope to be back again next year.

We have stayed in quite a few airbnb's and this was by far the absolute best. The location is fantastic if you like resorts. The condo was spacious, modern and squeky clean. We like to eat in and there was ample utensils in the kitchen. If we get back to Newport Beach again this will be the first place we check for availability.

Wow! We really enjoyed our stay! We felt right at home and loved the view from the balcony. The resort had a lovely pool area to relax. The shuttles to Crystal Cove, Laguna Beach, and Fashion Island were the icing on the cake. We are looking forward to a return trip here! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful villa with us! 😊

Amazing place. Had a great weekend staycation with family. Can’t imagine more ideal place. There are resort activities for everyone. You can walk, hike, go to beach, hang out by the pool, eat, play, cook barbecue, exercise. The room is actually better than in pictures. There’s a great ocean view from the balcony, can sit and enjoy it for hours. Bedrooms and beds are very cozy and comfortable. The hot tub in the master bedroom is fantastic amenity! The master bathroom shower is equipped with two shower heads, which makes it extra comfortable. Recommended for everyone: couples, families, friend gatherings, etc.

One of the best properties in the Laguna beach area.

This place is Beautiful! From waking up to the view of the ocean to the breathtaking sunsets, this place could not be anymore perfect. The Interior of this villa is stylish, clean and simply beautiful! and makes you feel right at home. It has everything you need and every little detail is just right. I would recommend this apartment if you’re looking for an amazing stay in New port.

Spacious timeshare as advertised. Amenities all worked well. Thin walls and the resort was just ok. It wasn’t the easiest to navigate but it did what we needed it to do!

Very clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked, perfect location (walking distance to Toy Story lot- Disneyland). Spacious and perfect size for our group of 2 teenagers, 2 adults and 2 toddlers. No complaints whatsoever, highly recommend!

This was our second stay. Both were excellent experiences, except for when some of our group couldn't come until midnight we were assured they could be accommodated 24/7. Not the case. They could not get keys due to some internet/computer problem. The security guard had to just believe them and they had to just pound on our door to be let in.
