Country house from 1700s, used till 90s as a farm, now wisely renewed to realise a delicious B&B with 4 bedrooms (each with private bathroom) in pure Tuscan style. You will have the EXCLUSIVE use of the ground floor of the villa, together with the pool, all the outside areas, the kitchen with all the appliances and yard with fresh vegetables. You will not have to share the location with other people, we rent to single groups/families to ensure you can enjoy your privacy and a pleasant stay.

The house is renovated and the ground floor adapted for disabled people or wheelchair users There are three apartments but I never rent them separately. The house rent is for all the property

The Villa is situated in an ancient country building located in Arezzo, twenty minutes walk from the historic center and surrounded by shops, supermarkets, restaurants within a few minutes walk. By car you reach the downtown and the treain station in about 10 minutes; moreover, the structure is close to places of interest such as the Equestrian Centre.
