Enjoy this cozy, unique, and tranquil getaway. It’s 575 sqft/ 1 1/2 blocks from Route 66. Sits back from the street at the end of a long, double wide, steep, driveway. There’s trees on the property. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other a twin. Enjoy the sunset on the back deck. A 50 inch smart tv is in the living room. Make your coffee or tea and enjoy the can of cinnamon rolls in the refrigerator ready to bake. Stroll down Route 66, with its many antique shops, restaurants, and bars.

The studio design features everything you need in one convenient living space - a king bed with fresh white cotton bedding and luxe pillows, comfy chairs for enjoying the fireplace and TV, intimate dining area and a stylish kitchen. The bath features a double vanity, tub for two and modern shower. A full size laundry set is tucked near the back door. The back yard features a cedar pergola with hot tub, a seating area and gas BBQ grill.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place. It is a quaint space. It was built in the 1930s as a home/convenient store. Prior to Airbnb it was an art gallery. All the art is for sale and changes frequently. It is a 4 block walk to downtown with 30 restaurants, a 7 block walk to Hodge Town Ball Park and the Civic Center. Conveniently located to I-27 and I-40. There is a large fenced area behind the Airbnb for dog lovers! It is self-check-in any time you get here. No cleaning/pet fees.

The guest house is one street from Memorial Park which is great for walks and court activities. Minutes away from local restaurants the downtown area and baseball park. This one bedroom apartment is nestled on the outskirts of Amarillo but less than a couple of miles from fine dining, convenient retail shops, hospitals, and entertainment. While staying here, you will experience the most beautiful sunsets imaginable from your private patio! Our little casita is equipped with all the essentials of home. Don’t forget to visit the historic Cadillac Ranch, located less than a mile from our front door!
