You can book with us on the same day, but please note that the apartment is equipped for 4 guests only. If your group has more than 4 guests, we need 24 hours to prepare the apartment and/or the sofa bed for the additional guests. Therefore, if you have more than 4 guests, please do not book this apartment with less than 24 hours' notice! Thank you! Amenities: Kitchen: Small but well-equipped with everything needed for daily use and simple cooking: refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, and of course dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils. This unit does not contain and oven! Bathroom: The bathroom is modern with a rain shower head, sink, towel warmer, mirror, hairdryer, and dark makeup towels. We kindly ask that you use these for removing makeup and not the white fluffy towels, which are intended for the body. Please do not dye your hair in this Airbnb! We provide thick imported towels. If any towels are taken, a fee of €20 per towel will be charged, regardless of size. Each person is provided with 2 towels and 1 washcloth. Additionally, there are 4 towels in the apartment for drying hands. This Airbnb does not offer a laundry service, and the towels are intended to be used for the entire duration of your stay. Toilet: The toilet is separate. Please flush toilet paper only — no hygiene products! Living Room: The living room is an open-concept space. It includes a flat-screen TV, a sofa bed, a TV cabinet, and 1 side table. Other: The Airbnb is equipped with an iron and ironing board, as well with a desk and chair. We work hard to provide you with a pleasant place to stay during your time in Vienna and appreciate you treating it with care so it remains nice for both us and future guests. If anything gets damaged or something is not as it should be, we would be grateful if you let us know, so we can take care of it. Thank you! Parking: Parking in Vienna is extremely tricky. There is not free parking on the streets except from 10pm to 9am. During the day, the city of Vienna charges 5.20 Euro every two hours and you need to move your car several times! Only registered Viennese residents with a permit are allowed to park on the street the entire day. Thus, street parking is not recommended. However, there is an underground parking garage 4 minutes by foot and 30 seconds by car from our place. It charges 12 Euros per day. This is an extremely inexpensive option for Vienna and where we recommend you park your car! You are allowed to stop briefly in front of the house to load and unload.
