Had an absolute wonderful stay away from home and was able to fully disconnect to recharge and gained a clear mind. Beautiful area and so wonderful to see the wildlife even as it snowed.

Our family (my wife , our 3 teenagers, and I) had a fantastic 6 night stay. We had decided we wanted to spend the 4th of July in the White Mountains this year to escape the Phoenix heat. The location of the rental is fantastic. Close proximity to several lakes, trails, wildlife viewing, etc., while still being close to stores and restaurants in the Round Valley community. We have previously stayed at several other short term rentals in the White Mountains. This is up among the best. We had plenty of room both in the house as well as the fenced in yard. Use of the garage for vehicles, paddle boards, and other gear was a huge plus. Good internet can be hard to find in the area. Not the case here. Their Starlink service was blazing fast. Everything was very clean and in great condition. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed (linens, toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc.), much more so than the average. We can’t recommend this rental enough and hope to be back soon.

We loved staying here. The sunset and Star views were amazing. We’d definitely come back. Elena and Cliff were so nice and accommodating. Thank you for the getaway !!

Len & Natalia’s place was amazing for my group of 12 friends. While we were a big group, it never felt like the space was crowded for us! The microwave did not work and there wasn’t soap in one of the bathrooms, but the hosts immediately rectified these issues. They were also extremely responsive and friendly. The space itself was adorable! Better than the pictures. I would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

We very much enjoyed staying at Monty's house. The house was as described and was perfect for the five of us and our four-legged family members. The house was very private and we spent a ton of time on the patio enjoying the cooler weather and tall pines. We would definitely recommend Monty's house amd we hope to go back again.

Chelsey’s place is adorable. It was easy to find and check in was a breeze. Chelsey responded to my messages right away, too. The cabin itself is very pretty. The neighborhood is quiet and very relaxing- just what we were looking for. It was also super close to Springs Trail where we went for our morning hike. The backyard is perfect! In case you’re wondering, backyard is fenced all around so it felt safe for our little pet. Indoors, we had everything that we needed. Fully stocked. Very spacious and there were lots of things to do. We loved the ping pong table in the loft. The heaters helped a lot because it was really cold when we went. Beds were really comfortable! All in all we had a really good time! Thank you, Chelsey, for sharing your place with us!

We enjoyed our stay in our cabin in the woods! It was snowing when we arrived and pretty cold. When we opened the door the fireplace was going and cabin was nice and warm! Cabin was really clean and we loved the decor. Was a great place to unwind and spend the day reading and relaxing, while watching the snow fall on the pines. We’ll be back!

We had a great time at the Wild Horse Retreat. The two six-year-olds expended boundless energy on the trampoline and the swing on the back porch. The whole back yard was a huge hit - complete with squirrels and blue jays to watch. Comfortable porch furniture for the adults to relax while the kids played. Indoors, we used the breakfast nook for eating and the other table for crafting. Made s'mores at the fire pit on our last night. Overall, a fun girls getaway for two families while the kids were on fall break. Would definitely come back!

Perfect spot to rest after a day of fishing! Host was patient and accommodating when I made a wrong turn and we appreciated that. Great stay!

Great place. Lots of space. We only had 4 people, but could’ve definitely had twice as much (or more) people there comfortably. Had everything we needed. Coffee, lots of towels, heaters, medicine, plenty of nice touches. Nice location. 15 min from Alpine and Springerville. Big front and back yard. Would’ve been great for my kids. Peaceful area. Helpful and responsive hosts. Would stay again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Paul was a fantastic host, super nice and checked in after we got some snow. The snow made our stay even more magical with the wood stove and beautiful land to walk. We planned to adventure into the gila forest but loved the surrounding private area so much we stayed at the cabin the whole time. Our dog was equally as excited to explore, we went up to the ridge and hiked around the natl forest multiple times a day where we spotted elk herds. The cabin is well stocked with everything you need, just make sure to stop for groceries as there isn’t much close by. We have stayed at many airbnbs across the country and this secluded cabin is one of our favorites. We can’t wait to come back. Thanks Paul!

The cabin is beautiful and definitely feels rustic and comfy. Our family was there for a hunting trip and we had everything we loved it. We ended up needing more wood for the stove and Brina responded right away. The views are gorgeous and it’s very private so our boys could take the dogs out for walks. There was a fire pit outside to roast marshmallows and relax. There isn’t a tv which we loved but just a heads up for anyone who prefers to watch tv while on vacation. Also, the WiFi worked great if you need to get work done. Overall, our stay was great and exactly what we needed.

Wonderful cozy stay in a forested neighborhood ! Fully stocked kitchen-just had to bring our groceries. Very clean. Comfy beds. Cozy living area. Easy to get to the slopes or to town. Highly recommend.

Beautiful cabin of private acreage

Guyton’s place was the perfect place for my family to stay, we had such a nice time and everything went well thanks to Guyton he was super genuine and kind. We will definitely be back!

We went with the family and had an amazing time. It was hard to leave the mountains and this beautiful cabin. Would highly recommend.

Thank goodness we booked this house! Our family of four (2 adults + a 16 year old boy and 13 year old boy) planned to go skiing and snow boarding but the weather did not cooperate. With no snow, we were so thankful to have booked a house with everything we needed for a vacation with or without snow. Our boys said they cannot wait to go back- they loved the foosball, pool table, and outdoor basketball the most. And the many board games to compete against their parents were also plusses. The house is in a quiet area that makes you feel like you are all alone and yet you are within minutes of the quaint town of Greer with some fun food options, including our fave -Edelweiss. There is also easy access hikes for all experience levels within minutes. We cannot wait to come back.

Would most definitely consider staying at this facility again.

Guyton’s place was wonderful! It was very close to our project site, worked great for our crew, and Guyton was an extremely great host! Super accommodating, kind, and had so much grace when our travel plans changed. We will definitely stay again when in the area!

Travis is the best Host we have had thus far. We have a wonderful experience and the view is to be desired. The home is on the mountain with gorgeous scenery. Inside the home is very cozy with lots of activities and place to roam around. Travis provided even amenities such as basic snacks and high quality cookware. He was always responsive and helpful. I even forgot my expensive boombox and Travis was kind enough to let me know that he could ship it to me. WOW!!! I will definitely be coming back!

Booked this cabin for a Girl’s Reading Retreat and it couldn’t have been better! Checked all the boxes for what we were looking for: hot tub, fire-pit, cozy great area, different reading nooks etc. Bed rooms were well appointed and beds super comfy. The loft was adorable. 10/10 would stay again!
