The Barn and adjoining house are over 300 years old the property being a former Gincase We are located in a small hamlet yet close to the local ammenities found in Cockermouth, Carlisle and the Harbour Town of Maryport, ideal for exploring the Solway Firth with views over to Scotland with its beautiful sandy beaches or perfect for visiting the Lakes and Fells.

Located off a private cul de sac, nestled in a wooded area, the apartment offers guests both peace and tranquility during their stay. The apartment has everything guests need for short weekend or week long breaks. The apartment sleeps 2 guests, and is best suited to couples of individuals.

We are situated 5 minutes walk from Derwent Water and the Nicol End Marina for kayaking and water activities. Portinscale has a pub that serves food and a cafe. Our favourite eating places nearby are Swinside Inn and the Ivy Restaurant in Braithwaite. Keswick is a mere 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk for eating out, shopping and outdoor sports.

Enjoy wonderful views of the Ennerdale fells, extending to Pillar and Steeple. The spacious, comfortable accommodation forms the main section of a larger semi-detached property. You will have the house to yourselves - we will be far away, but contactable should you have any questions or issues. It's self check-in and check-out. There are many good and varied walks nearby, as well as scenic drives and gastro pubs. You will need to bring groceries with you - breakfast is not supplied.

Our luxury detached Lakeland cottage in the village of Lorton sits in a hidden gem of a valley and is a year round destination . Two beautiful bedrooms one of which can turn into single beds and each with their own bathrooms offers flexibility for both couples and families. We have a well equipped cooks kitchen with Everhot range and a stocked larder. Parking for three cars , EV charger , bike storage , gardens and a BBQ this is a great base to enjoy the magic of our Lakeland valley.

West view is a luxury property located directly on Nethertown beach. It is in a tranquil area with amazing sea views. It has a dog friendly beach, is great for fishing, has lots of wildlife and has the most stunning sunsets. In winter, enjoy cosy evenings with the fire lit. An ideal base for exploring the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. It is surrounded by scenic walks and activities. It is close to St Bees coast to coast walk too. Head outside to it’s own private dining area overlooking Blencathra which is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after a day of exploring or take a soak in the hot tub and read a good book!
