Away from the tourist crowds but also within easy access to hotspots and amenities. There are attractions in the local area for all ages and interests.

The Lodge - at Forest Views Caravan Park

Welcome to the 'Lodge' perfectly situated on the edge of the Lake District National Park. Located within a short drive to Cockermouth and Keswick. Front row with open views of nothing more than the space of fields and the presence and beauty of Skiddaw. Ideally placed on this quiet, dog friendly caravan park the 'Lodge' is non smoking, 2 bedroom (1 kingsize with ensuite & twin room), 1 small well behaved dog, with a privately decked area to relax on and parking for 1 car. 24-Bright & airy 3 bed-the zen den

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Hesket Caravan Park is a quiet tranquil spot surrounded by rolling fields with views of distant mountains. Its great for couples, families or friends. There is a small children's play area on site to keep the little ones entertained. The decking area is enclosed, perfect for keeping furry friends safe, with walks in woodland just a short drive away (or walk depending on your fitness levels!). Please note: No sign written vans.

Farmhouse Lodge

Delightful, private and tranquil lodge located at the bottom of the large private Farmhouse garden. Fabulous views and walking distance to local pubs. It is a 50 metre walk from the parking area to the Lodge. There is free Wifi in the Lodge and good mobile signal. This place is a retreat for you to truly unwind, relax & get away from it all, or use as a base for exploring the local area and the Lake District. Unfortunately it is not suitable for children or infants.

Cedar Lodge in the Yorkshire Dales National Park

Come and experience our little bit of Eden. Our fully insulated Log cabin is situated within our private woodland with its own entrance and approx 1 acre of fenced woodland, about 5 miles west of Appleby. The Lodge is on our 50 acre smallholding so although it is on its own it is not isolated and is within 200m of our farmhouse. Well placed for walking or exploring the quiet Eden Valley, and the Pennines, The Lakes and The Yorkshire Dales are within 30 mins drive.

The Lily Pod

The Lily Pod is a self-contained holiday pod situated at our pond here at Lochhill Farm. It can sleep up to 4 people but more suited to two. The Pod has an open plan bedroom, living, dining and mini kitchen area and an enclosed shower room. Outside we have an open decking looking on to The Pond and stunning views further towards Criffel.

Kent Lodge

Kent Lodge is a new property built in the summer of 2019. The lodge is located behind a farmhouse on the Dalesway and is one of two lodges only on the property. It has stunning views over the surrounding countryside. Close to Kendal and on the edge of the Lake District National Park the property is handy for all tourist attractions.
