Unplug in this peaceful little getaway. Nestled in the backyard of our little hobby farm near the Wood River, you will be able to visit our alpacas, goat, or honey bees. Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Discover the Berringer at Legacy 34, a stylish medium-sized two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment featuring a private balcony off the kitchen. Enjoy abundant natural light from six windows throughout the unit. The kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances and a spacious countertop with bar seating. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, while the second bedroom also has a walk-in closet. Located on 2nd floor and will require use of stairs.

Country Getaway - 13 Acres - Pet Friendly

Stay in a cabin on a homestead with native prairie grass, huge open space and tons of trees. Ayr is about 10-minute drive to the charming small town of Hastings. There is a second home on the property that is also available and listed on Airbnb. The place can and has easily fit numerous camping arrangements on the 13 acre plot. Pets are welcome, and folks should know there are three barn cats on the property.

Range House

The Range House sits on a 420 acre shooting park 6 miles from Grand Island. The house has 5 bedrooms with 9 beds and 4 bathrooms. It can sleep 9 - 12 occupants. Heartland Public Shooting Park has 12 action bays, public pistol and rifle bays out to 600 yards and a dedicated .22 bay. For the shotgun shooters we have Trap, Skeet, Sporting Clays, 5 Stand and International Bunker Trap.
