Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. We have a beautiful cabin/home overlooking the Big Sioux River and Klondike Falls. This area has been on KELO-land news showcasing the many Eagles whose habitat is directly in front of our home. No need for a fan for white noise here as you can relax on the deck and listen to the water rushing over the Klondike Dam below. Most of the interior has been constructed from reclaimed lumber from the 1900s but also with all the modern conveniences you'd expect. 3 bedroom, 2 baths - can sleep 8.

This basement apartment offers a separate entrance allowing complete privacy. This space provides tons of natural light. Apartment is located close (less than a mile!) to Dordt University and has a public park and basketball court in the backyard. Kitchen is stocked with standard kitchen amenities including pots/pans, silverware, utensils, air fryer, cutting boards, etc. One bedroom has a king mattress while the other bedroom has a queen mattress.
