Relax at this cozy, tranquil cottage on our small farm in the country outside Gainesville yet close to Santa Fe College, High Springs and Alachua. Compact cottage has a full kitchen and bath, queen bed, twin air mattress, indoor seating and outdoor picnic area. We have a few friendly alpacas, chickens, dogs, and assorted birds. Well cared for pets welcome, property is fully fenced. Great place to stay to explore the springs, go antiquing, or check out Gainesville's food, music and fun.

Pileated Place

Welcome to our A-frame cabin, nestled in charming Old Florida Woodlands. It’s complete with two cots, a hinged wall/awning, fire pit, lounge chairs, a hammock, and a picnic table. From this soft pine-needled space, enjoy the view across the pond, go explore the seasonal garden, feed the fish, and meet our farm dogs. Mostly, enjoy ease and reconnection nature encourages. Due to severe drought this year, the pond is currently very low. However, you can still spot koi, bass, and brim. 🙏🏼

Cozy 3 B/R home nestled amid historic live oaks

Crazy Oaks Cottage is off the beaten path, yet a few minutes drive to all Gainesville offers. The house is on an acre, nestled in the woods. Across the road is a beautiful horse farm, maintained by UF. We are close to hospitals and UF campus. Our area is known for a variety of bird species! With very little traffic on the road, it's perfect for our guests with dogs. Morning views are misty and peaceful, and you may glimpse the deer that frequent our yard. Come home to Serenola Hammock!

Step back in time & stroll through the scenic streets of historic McIntosh. This 1 bedroom cottage is cozy like home. Say hello to the donkeys, goats, ponies, and the cows. Take a swim in the pool or sit back and relax with a cup of coffee & watch the sand hill cranes. Great fishing in Orange lake bring your boat. Boat ramp and slips less than a mile away. Great for a relaxing get-away to unwind for a short stay or extended stays. Please note the pool is closed from Nov-April.

Situated on an 8 acre mini farm with the cutest Zebu, goats, and donkeys. We have worked hard to cultivate a unique, relaxing and serene getaway that is inviting and refreshing. On the Grove, our guests become friends.

Riverfront Farmhouse - Access to The Springs!

Welcome to The Riverland — Where Farm Meets Springs! Escape to our recently remodeled home on a peaceful farm, right on the Santa Fe River! Canoes, kayaks, and horseback riding are available — msg us for pricing! The home comfortably sleeps 15, but if you’re bringing a larger group, we have additional homes on the property and plenty of space for outdoor camping. Perfect for family gatherings, retreats, or a fun getaway with friends!

A small, restful, cottage with a large screen porch, kitchenette, and full bath with hilltop views of a 40-acre pasture. Cows, cattle egrets, sand-hill cranes, and other wildlife are often seen from the cottage porch or kitchen table. There is a $25 pet fee for dogs, Three day minimum stay required. The $10 per day third guest fee waived after 10 days on long term bookings.

Reconnect with nature and your loved ones when you spend a few days on our 85 acre hobby farm in a newly renovated 2 bedroom cottage! The kids will love our free range chickens, mini cows and horses and you are welcome to explore the pastures and surrounding woods, or bring your fishing poles to try for some catfish from our small pond.

The Camper at Grassy Springs Farm

Grassy Springs is a working farm that is a great place to relax and wind down after days spent at the springs or kayaking and tubing on the rivers. In summers you can relax in the AC in the camper or enjoy sitting outside in the shade with the chickens and ponies. Winters are great for bonfires and cozying up in the heated camper :)
