We loved our staying how good was Faras to my family and Matin they all nice people and respectfully they responded to our request, we loved our stay.definitely recommend it.

We had the absolute BEST time staying at this wonderful cabin! It was the perfect getaway for me and my family — cozy, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin had everything we needed and more — thoughtful touches, super comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and stunning surroundings that made it easy to relax and unwind. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We spent our days exploring the area and our evenings gathered around the fire, making memories we’ll cherish for a long time. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and nature, this is the place! We can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommend!

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich total super. Wir hatten in unserer Zeit sehr viel mit Errol zutun & haben uns jedes Mal gefreut, alle Mitarbeiter dort zu treffen. Alle waren super freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit & haben uns viele tolle Tipps mit an die Hand gegeben. Das Apartment ist sehr zentral gelegen, drum herum kann man super essen gehen & ist schnell in der Altstadt. Wir haben auch einmal die Sauna und das Hamam benutzt, das war auch toll! Insgesamt können wir den Aufenthalt total empfehlen. Und wenn Errol seinen Bruder in Deutschland besucht, darf er jederzeit bei uns klingeln und auf ein Abendessen vorbeikommen! 😉❤️

Başlangıçtan sonuna kadar Ümit bey hem ilgili hemde yardımcıydı, sorulara hızlı dönüş yaptı. Gittiğimizde ev ve havuz sıcaktı. Ev temiz ve düzenliydi, ihtiyaç duyulacak herşey evde mevcuttu. Evin cafe restoran , market kasap gibi ihtiyaçları karşılayabileceğiniz konumlara yakın. Keyifle kalınacak bir yer.

Çok güzel konumda geniş bir daire herkese öneririm . Tekrar konaklamak isterim .

The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

The apartment was perfect– spacious, clean, and well-located. We were pleasantly surprised by the Rasimpaşa neighborhood. It has a local feel, with tons of good coffee shops, restaurants, and vintage stores. It's a short walk to the ferry, making it easy to explore other parts of Istanbul. It's also near the heart of Moda-Kadıköy which has, without a doubt, the best restaurants in the city. Highly recommend! Hakan was also a great host. We had to alter our reservation last minute and he was really understanding. I'd love to stay here again.

Ayda was an amazing and gracious host. I stayed at her flat for 2 weeks. • As a remote US based worker/digital nomad my main concern was WiFi visiting Istanbul. I was able to do my work like normal no issues including several zoom/teams calls, file sharing, uploading, etc no issues or lag as the flat has very fast/strong WiFi. • The location is also great. There is grocery store at the top of the hill which is like a 3 min walk and super convenient for grabbing essentials. • The flat was as described. And had pretty much everything you need to cook and feel comfortable •Ayda herself was so kind and accommodating. She responded super quickly when I had questions. And provided recommendations for the area •The location is great. There’s so many great cafes, shops, and train stop nearby. Would definitely stay again!!

Myself and two friends had an amazing time staying at Taylans place in April. Really liked the decor of the place. Absolutely loved being on the balcony. We accidentally locked the key in the apartment and Taylan responded immediately and sorted the situation out. Also a great location in the heart of beyoğlu. Thank you for having us Taylan!

Home away from home, great hosts !

This is the perfect spot for a city break to Istanbul, perfectly located by Galata Tower and offering beautiful views over the tower. While a studio, the apartment feels spacious and has a comfortable double bed, sofa, two dining tables, kitchen area and a bathroom with shower (super strong water pressure which was a lovely surprise!). Eyo and his co-host Ali were extremely helpful and responsive in the run up to our stay, providing recommendations and offering to book tours for us if we'd like. Check in was simple - Eyo or Ali will meet you at the apartment to provide the keys. Really great value for money and would recommend this apartment to anyone. I really recommend Galata as an area - you are in walking distance to so many sights (10/15min walk down to Galata Bridge, from which you enter Sultanahmet).

Ozkan, it was a pleasure to stay at Your studio. Balat is truly amazing and vivid, hippie and oldfashioned, quiet and noisy at the same time. Our visit will be in our memories for a long time, and we surely will come back. We felt in love with turkish hospitality and kidness and we wish to explore more&more. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures and has everything needed for a hassle free getaway. It’s in a perfect location just far enough away to have a retreat from the hustle and bustle of Çengelköy while also being within walking distance of the heart of the neighborhood. The garden with all the cat visitors was especially loved by our child. Thanks to Jackie and Seyit for being great hosts!

Great stay. The apartment was exactly what we needed for 3 people, clean, well equipped and had all the amenities we were looking for. The apartment was as described, heating was even turned on for our arrival which was a nice touch! Communication all the way through was fantastic. The only thing I would mention about the location is that it is lively outside. And the pool was a bit cold in the mornings. Apart from that it was perfect, would stay again!

8 arkadaş olarak konakladık. Evin konumu çok iyiydi. Eski bir yapı, mutfak dolapları vs de çok yeni değil ama temiz ve düzenli olduğundan eski olması rahatsız etmedi. Mutfak malzemeleri açısından da hiç eksik yoktu. Memnun kaldık. Yatak ve oda düzeni de gayet yeterli ve güzeldi. Tavsiye ederiz kesinlikle.

Uğur Bey ve eşi Aybike Hanım rezervasyonumuzun başlangıcından bitişine kadar son derece ilgiliydi ve sorduğumuz her şeye çok kısa sürede geri dönüş sağladılar. Ev son derece genişti 5 kişi çok rahat şekilde konakladık. Üst katta 3 oda ve bir banyo-tuvalet mevcut, alt katta ise ihtiyacınız olan tüm ekipmanların yer aldığı mutfak, geniş bir salon ve tuvalet var. Havuz ve evin geneli tertemizdi. Kendilerine misafirperverlikleri için teşekkür ediyoruz, arkadaşlarımızla bir kere daha tercih edebileceğimiz bir yer oldu.

Serdar Bey ile iletişim çok kolaydı. Eve giriş çıkış saatlerimizde de olabildiğince esnek davrandı. Evin lokasyonu merkeze yakındı. Ev temiz ve düzenliydi. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi. Küçük bir çocukla çok rahat bir şekilde konakladık.

I felt like I was staying at home immediately. Amazing view and location far away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. House was well stocked for everyday living, cooking utensils, dinnerware, towels etc. The host Behçet Bey is quick to respond and inform of any updates and him and his daughter are happy to help point you out to the best restaurants or grocery stores in town.

Great host. Very responsive. Place is even better than what the photos describe, garden is spacious and cosy. Common area, kitchen and restrooms require a little bit of touch up. Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
