You’ve found the bnb you were looking for! The host, the location, the view, the fish when snorkeling, the AC, the layout.. we can’t wait to come back!! I've stayed at around 25 Airbnbs and some of them on beachfronts, and this by far, takes the cake! Literally, Bill intrepidly searched the island for a vegan(!) chocolate cake through his network for my wife’s birthday during our stay. I’ve NEVER seem a host go so above and beyond like this. He made her birthday so special during our stay!! We’ve had issues with other hosts taking our chemical allergies to fabric softeners and air fresheners, but not Bill! He went out of his way to order special detergent and make sure that the linens we cleaned to be fragrance free. Our 11 year old LOVED feeding the tarpons with Bill from the deck and then we even snorkeled with them in the last morning! Speaking of which, this was great for morning snorkeling (all manner of sea life!) Bill is truly a Superhost!!

An absolutely beautiful place, thoughtfully equipped and perfect for a family getaway. We had an amazing time together, enjoying every moment. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the breathtaking view, whether from the master bedroom's balcony or the upper terrace with a cup of coffee in hand, was simply uplifting. Leslie was incredibly communicative, attentive, and made everything seamless. Highly recommend booking while you can, this is a true gem!

Words can not express how much we enjoyed our stay at Luis’s beach house. While the indoor seating and sleeping arrangements may be a little small, it was perfect for our tight-knit family and we didn’t come to this gorgeous island to sit inside anyway! The covered seating/dining area overlooking the back deck and the sea was the best place on earth to sit and relax. The location directly on the beach could not have been better; we loved walking on the basically empty beach and exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a lot of our own meals so we could keep enjoying the home and the beach, but also make sure to try some great local restaurants. We definitely hope to be back!

Esta casita es súper bonita y está en una ubicación céntrica. Ideal para ir caminando de un extremo a otro de la ciudad y el pueblo. ¡Súper limpia y acogedora! La dueña es muy amable y atenta.

Let me just say, this hands-down was one of the best Airbnb properties I’ve ever stayed at to the point where I begged Luis to cancel his next reservation and extend mine for another two weeks, but of course he’s a professional, and refused to do such a thing, I rate this property 12 out of 10! All day every day listening to the ocean clash against the rocks was so soothing and peaceful, the energy/vibes. They are amazing! The locals were very helpful! The restaurants in the area were outstanding! What in a pleasurable experience I can’t wait to come back!!

Great location with plenty of fun things to do nearby. Condo was very nice and comfortable.

We loved our stay at Mara and Marks place! Waking up to the ocean in the morning, watching the sunset each evening and every peaceful moment in between was everything we were looking for. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the stainless steel cooking pots, aloe for sunburns, AC in the bedroom after a long day in the sun and access to a grill to cook on at sunset. Mark was responsive to all of our questions and a joy to meet! The location was close to everything. If you can plan your trip to include a Thursday it's worth visiting the art walk in the town square at night time! Great way to immerse in the local culture. I agree with other reviews that say to book this place if it's available. Don't hesitate! We hope to come back and enjoy this beautiful oasis again. Thanks for having us!

Excelente alojamiento! El apartamento es grande y muy cómodo. Tenía de todo, creo que es el alojamiento más equipado que he encontrado. La ubicación es excelente, muy tranquila la zona. El famoso tablado de Isabela queda justo a pasos del apartamento, literalmente al lado. Me encantó!

Lovely location (a quick walk to the beach), fully equipped kitchen, and family friendly. The beaches and sunsets in the area were amazing. Our family loved spending time there and hope to come back very soon!!

We spent two weeks in Puerto Rico at Casa Birdsong. It is a beautiful, well-equipped, beachfront accommodation where we immediately felt at home. The beach is only 20-30 metres away, but there is a road in between which has a Caribbean flair at weekends: "cars driving up and down with lots of music". The accommodation is perfect for 4 people with a spacious dining and living room with kitchen. The large private pool is a dream - especially when the sea outside is a bit rough. The owners Mary & Jim are on site, very friendly, kind and extremely helpful. We were given lots of information about handy shopping facilities, good places to eat and interesting places to visit. Definitely a recommendation.

Place is great. Quite. close to everything. and nice swimming beach in the back walking distance! so much better than beating thr crowds at the famous beaches! awesome place!

This was mine and my boyfriend’s first time in Puerto Rico. I fell in love with the views from the pictures and the fact that it was a gated community. The condo was beautiful, simple but very nicely decorated. While the beach directly in front of the complex isn’t the best for relaxing on, Jobos Beach was a 2-3 minute drive down the road with restaurants and bars right there for you to enjoy. 10 minutes from the airport and 15-20 minute drive from Crash Boat beach. Jen kept in contact with me from prior to the trip, throughout and even after we checked out. I ended up getting slightly injured doing a hike and she had everything I needed to clean myself up in the bathroom so we didn’t have to go searching for a pharmacy or Walgreens. We definitely will choose this Airbnb the next time we travel to PR!

Wonderful location! friendly neighbors, good food just down the road, the beach was beautiful and walkable, and oh, the sunsets!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and a blow dryer came in handy. The rooms are nicely furnished with the amenities that you need such as beach, chairs, towels, and beach towels. I like that we had a slight ocean view as well. I would definitely book again.

I can't recommend this listing and location enough! The little cottage community was quiet and peaceful with spectacular views of the ocean. We enjoyed walking the beach and looking for shells and sea critters. My family loved playing in the pool... and although it was a shared pool, it never was busy and rarely had people in it. The listing had everything we needed - full size fridge, electric cook top, air fryer - we bought drinks and food for breakfast/lunch and ate dinner at whatever beach we went to for the day. Comfy bed, comfy love seat, and comfy chairs to sit outside on. Melissa was amazing as well - literally would respond back within minutes and was so helpful. We try to travel to new places when we get a chance and not repeat locations but we can't wait to come back here! Also highly recommend asking Melissa for her favorite beaches, restaurants, and places to go.... they were all top notch!

My daughter and I stayed at Rithy's beautiful spot this past week and it was just fantastic. The spot is not only absolutely beautiful, but so serene and healing. The apartment was exactly as described, perfectly appointed, and very clean. The location was perfect -- just a short drive to downtown and public places, but enough out of the way to be quiet and peaceful. Rithy was on hand during our stay and was so kind and attentive, provided us with great information, and was very generous. I would highly recommend this special place and I plan on coming back again!

Beautiful views, the apartment matches the photos to a T. The hosts are very responsive and the apartment is fully furnished with whatever you need. Just bring your clothes and do some grocery shopping and it feels like you are right at home. Close to neighboring cities like Rincon which is a fun place to explore and enjoy.

We loved this place for our family of 5. The beds were super comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The patio is where we spent most evenings after dark. The pool was refreshing and the views and privacy are endless.

Well beyond expectations. Casa De Playa is an amazing value. Right on the sea- you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves every day. The waves are right up to the house at high tide and their sound helped my husband with his tinnitus immensely . Doors and windows were easy to use and allow amazing views and breezes! The house was clean and comfortable on a quiet street. The kitchen had everything we needed. We felt immediately at home!

Kathleen‘s cottage is the perfect place to disconnect and reset yourself, when I arrived, there was a power outage. I was a little concerned about the air conditioning not working. I opened all the windows and the ocean breeze It was wonderful Even in the middle of the day. Mother nature did her job, and it was quite enjoyable so much so that when the electricity came back on, I never turned on the air conditioner. To be able to listen to the waves and disconnects was truly spectacular. The gas range worked perfectly, especially when the power was out it was nice to be able to still make coffee and tea. And the unit is on town water so being able to use the bathroom facilities was priceless. If you go, make sure you bring binoculars and you can watch the world float by ,,snorkeling out front go around the rocks and look at all the fish. This place is hard to leave.

This was a delightful place to stay. The beach was wonderful, walking distance to a handful of restaurants and a short drive to lots of really amazing restaurants and things to do. We would love to stay here again.

I'm a Boricua living abroad who came back to PR every opportunity she has. And I can tell you that this is the best place to be relaxed and enjoy some time off with your family. The place was spotless and has everything you may need. A few steps from the pool and the beach. Sleeping hearing the waves and drinking our morning coffee watching the sea without even having to take a step out was priceless. But the best was enjoying the beautiful sunset in a first row seat without any interruptions, without even having to move anywhere, you have the best view ever right there. Although the beach right there is not the best, you can walk a bit through the sand and find a great spot to swim. But the facilities are wonderful, well maintained and secure. And Aguada as a town is adorable, we spent some time visiting the local restaurants, shops and boutiques. I will return for sure! Loved it!
