The charming and spacious Spa Villa Skaloma of 120sqm with large spaces and sunny lounge that is open to the south, is a luxury two-storey villa that can accommodate up to six people, in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa, the combination of high ceilings with large tree trunks and large openings, allow a stunning view of the sea. “It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform.

Sea (Παραλία Χιλιαδούς)

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στη βραβευμένη με μπλε σημαία παραλία της Χιλιαδούς, δίπλα στο γραφικό λιμανάκι. Απέχει μόλις 10χλμ από την κοσμοπολίτικη Ναύπακτο. Πρόκειται για ισόγειο διαμέρισμα πέτρινης μονοκατοικίας με ιδιωτική είσοδο μπροστά στη θάλασσα. Η διαμονή είναι ευχάριστη λόγω της φυσικής δροσιάς του. Ο χώρος είναι ενιαίος 35τμ με πλήρη εξοπλισμό κουζίνας. Διατίθεται επίσης εξωτερική ντουζιέρα στην κοινόχρηστη αυλή. Δυστυχως δεν επιτρέπονται κατοικίδια εντός του σπιτιού. Εύκολο πάρκινγκ.

Η villa βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από το λιμάνι του Αθερινού και σε μικρή απόσταση από το χωριό Κατωμέρι, με τα πλακόστρωτα σοκκάκια, τα όμορφα σπίτια με τις καταπράσινες αυλές.Σε απόσταση 1km βρίσκεται το χωριό Βαθύ ,που τις βραδινές ώρες μεταμορφώνεται από ένα ήσυχο ψαροχώρι σε ένα κοσμοπολίτικο προορισμό, υπάρχουν πολλά καφέ ουζερί,ταβέρνες που ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να δοκιμάσει τις τοπικές γεύσεις.Το τρίτο χωριό είναι το Σπαρτοχώρι κτισμένο πάνω στο βράχο με την καταπλικτική θέα .
