Aegina: aluguel por temporada com lavadora e secadora

We loved this apartment, it was perfect & exactly what we needed. The 3 separate balcony's were amazing & we loved sitting out in the morning sun. The beds were so comfortable, plenty of bedding & fresh towels. The apartment had everthing that was needed. The area was quite but just a 2 minute walk from the tram, cafes & restaurants. Manos was so friendly & helpful & replied to messages extremely quickly.

Perfect place for cold days, the air bnb we previously left was very cold and this place warmed us right up. Had all the amenities we needed. They covered everything we needed. The decor was beautiful, it was home away from home. Highly recommend for all seasons. Walkable from the beach, restaurants etc. I can’t thank the host and company enough for their efficiency and efforts ❤️

Place was clean and tidy, many extra things were available like coffee, beach mats and other things that came in handy. The owner was responsive and very friendly Highly recommend staying here

Το σπίτι έχει υπέροχη θέα και νιώθεις άνετα. Ακριβώς δίπλα υπάρχει μινι μάρκετ ανοιχτό μέχρι τις 22:00. Ο κεντρικός δρόμος είναι 5λεπτα με τα πόδια και μπορείτε να βρείτε ότι χρειαστείτε. Ευχαριστούμε.

Chrisoula is a great host and super responsive. The apartment was recently renovated with quality furniture and fittings (although an old building) . A wrap around terrace with spectacular views of Flisvos Marina and the Acropolis in the horizon. Chrisoula has fixed comfortable furniture around the terrace. Since i went for work, location wise - brilliant, central with nice restaurants around. There was nothing missing in the apartment ; Chrisoula also arranged for a cleaner mid stay; they really ensure a great job. Comfortable and cosy ; i rate the place 5 stars. Felt a home away from home. FYG, photographs put up by Chrisoula do not do justice to the apartment and its views. Highly recommended!

The apartment is smaller than we expected, but then again, we didn't expect a lot. We were not lucky with the weather: strong wind made it impossible to enjoy the huge balcony with a hammock. That's where you want to spend your time at home. The beach is a couple of minutes walkaway, I would expect the price to rise in the summer. Great communication, immediate replies.

The apartment is what the title says, a spacious and very nice place in a beautiful area.

Πολύ όμορφο και άνετο διαμέρισμα, οι οικοδεσπότες μας έδωσαν όλες τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες και οδηγίες για να βρούμε πολύ εύκολα το σπίτι. Η επικοινωνία μαζί τους ήταν άψογη, άμεση και φιλική!

We had wonderful stay at Maria`s place. House is beautifully situated in quiet part of the island with a great view from the terrace. Maria was very kind, and also gratious us with home made cake. We had very good communication with Kristina as well. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment, it was comfortable, spacious, clean and very well equiped. Recommend the place.

It is a great place to stay on Aegina Island. It is a bit further from the beach (10 minutes walking) and from the village of Perdika (20 minutes), but it has a great view and a peaceful neighborhood instead. With 6 + 1/2 bedrooms and 2 kitchens and 5 bathrooms it is a great place for bigger companies or families. When the outside BBQ/grill machine didn't work we got a brand new replacement in one day - really appreciated. The pool is comfortable and has clear water to swim in it. Thank you for the super holiday time - we may come back again.

We stayed 11 night, couple with 2 children 8 & 7. Overall very nice, we we're working during the day and this place has a huge office desk in the living room, great wifi in every room, another table in the kitchen, it was really great and allowed us to work and have zoom meetings in quiet rooms. I was a bit surprised that the washing machine is not in the apartment, its on the roof, which is very accessible and has a really nice view, and also has a clothes dryer which is great, but its not as comfortable as having the washer in the apartment, but we managed ok, and the appliances are really good. The area is OK, nothing spectacular in walking distance but we had a car so it was really nice to have parking right on the premises. Be aware that parking could be a bit difficult, its a bit narrow and could be challenging to back out to the busy street. The host was great and was ready to help and answer every question and request very fast. Beds and pillows are great! overall very pleased.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Franks Haus. Die Lage, der Ausblick, die Ruhe, die Natur lädt zum Entspannen und Genießen ein. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und noch mehr, es ist total liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl dort gefühlt und hatten erholsame 10 Tage dort. Die Aufteilung mit den zwei Etagen und mehreren Terrassen war für uns perfekt. Frank ist sehr hilfsbereit und gleich erreichbar, wenn man ihn braucht. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, werden wir sehr gerne an diesen tollen Ort zurückkommen.

Beautiful, cozy apartment adjunct to the main house. Communication was incredible. We had an extremely hard time finding the place, Mapia sent her partner to get us! We would definitely come back.

Eleni is a charming host and was very reactive with the small issues we encountered. The house is quiet and the garden beautiful, located only few minutes from the city center.

It was so wonderful to stay in the Greek countryside on the island of Aegina. Sitting in the small jacuzzi pool overlooking the pistachio groves and listening to the cicadas was magical. I loved the design of the modern garden and home interior. The entire home was beautiful and squeaky clean. When I go back to Aegina, I plan to stay here again.

Superbe villa tout confort nichée en haut d'une colline surplombant la mer. L'espace extérieur avec son immense piscine et son jardin ainsi que la vue spectaculaire ont été particulièrement apprecies lors de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter en famille.

Easily THE best location to stay in Athens! You're walking distance from Syntagma (parliament), the national park, city center with shopping and eateries galore. The nearest train station (Monasteraki) provides an incredible view of the Acropolis and they even offered tour trips which I've heard were brilliant!!!! Plus they also are always available on Whats App which is really convenient. The apartment is perfect and amenities as advertised.

On a passé un séjour incroyable chez Alexandros ! L’appartement était juste parfait : super propre, cosy, bien décoré et équipé avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir vraiment comme à la maison. On a adoré y rentrer après nos balades. Le gros plus : la station de métro juste à côté, super pratique pour rejoindre le centre rapidement et sans stress. Et que dire des hôtes… Vraiment disponibles et ultra réactifs. On a senti qu’ils avaient à cœur de rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible, et ça fait toute la différence. Franchement, c’est un sans-faute. On repart avec plein de bons souvenirs et le sourire. Je recommande à 100 % !

Deze hosts zijn geweldig! Na een lange trip, las ik de instructies niet goed en kwamen ze naar de airbnb toe om mij te helpen! Daarbovenop hebben ze nog ontbijt voor mij geregeld terwijl dat niet hoefden te doen. Ik ben hun voor eeuwig dankbaar! Geweldige Airbnb, lekker in het centrum en vlak bij het water! 5/5 accommodatie! Maar deze mensen zijn een 10 waard als we gaan meten tot de 5! Nogmaals geweldige mensen, nette schone airbnb met alles wat je nodig hebt, terwijl je in centrum geleden bent!

It was all perfect! Easy to find, communicate with host, and the apartment was really spacious.

We are Americans who came for a wedding and didn’t know what to expect. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building (has an elevator, but we didn’t use) and very quaint and clean. Afrofiti was a pleasure to work with - extremely responsive and worked with us to help us check-in a bit early and drop our luggage off. There’s a washer in the unit, the water pressure is fantastic, and the windows/AC units give you plenty of options for temperature adjustments. There’s a market open 7 days a week right around the corner and a 5 minute walk to main square where you can find restaurants and coffee shops. We had such a lovely time and would definitely come back to this sleepy little beach town.

Top locatie, leuke buurt, appartement had een zalig terras vooraan waar we veel zin hadden! De honour bar was een heel leuke touch. Alles is voorzien op het appartement en dat is enorm handig. Weinig tot niets op aan te merken behalve dan misschien dat de communicatie soms wat stroef verliep. Maar dit is echt maar een heel klein minpuntje. Ik geef ons verblijf een 9/10. Komen graag een beetje terug!

Amazing hosts and very clean accommodation at a good price. Will return there on my next visit to Athens as it was that good.

Δίπλα σε στάση του μετρό στο κέντρο της πόλης , ευρύχωρο σπίτι με μεγάλους χώρους και πεντακάθαρο ! Αξίζει όλα τα λεφτά ! Θα το προτιμήσουμε και την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφτούμε την Αθήνα . Αξίζει να το δοκιμάσει κάποιος .
