Everything went perfect, the apartment was fully equipped for a week-long stay, everything was in good condition. The location also is great, you can really see the sea from the balcony, and last but not least - the host was very welcoming and provided all the necessary info. Definitely recommend.

Nako’s home is amazing! I was so thankful for all the little details she thought of. Two blankets to sit on the balcony, useful meds, maps of the city, adapter for European socket! Even bed sheets are really nice. And 2 orthopedic pillows. Nako herself is really nice and helpful. I highly recommend this apt. It’s the coziest apt in Batumi, promise 🙏☺️

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a spacious sofa, there’s a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed that was perfect for our child. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Air conditioners in every room made our stay super comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is amazing, and the host was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

I’m r was a big pleasure staying at Maris place. The location is superb, the old town quite street. The apartment is perfect for family with 2 kids, since it has separate beds. Everything we needed was provided. The appartement is well kept. And this is may be 20th appartment in Batumi’s where we have stayed and I definitely say it is the best. Definitely will consider coming back!

Отличное место, легко найти, чисто и большая терраса с прекрасным видом на горы и старый Батуми. Лучшее расположение, вокруг много вкусных заведений, море и старый город. Очень дружелюбные хозяева готовые помочь или подсказать что то. Останавливаемся тут уже на первый раз 😍🙌

Location is great. My only complaints were the parking situation and building access at check-in. Regarding parking, there is no designated parking for the condo or the building. You have to find your own spot which wasn't too hard during the day but later at night it was tough to find a spot. Regarding building access, you can't get to the 4th floor without an elevator card (which you have to get from the lockbox on the fourth floor). After about 15 minutes of back-and-forth with the receptionists we convinced them to let us on the elevator. It would have been easier to just ask another guest to let us up. Everything else was great and the location is amazing---just a few steps away from the water.

Мы провели замечательный отпуск в этой квартире! Квартира очень уютная, чистая и полностью соответствует описанию. Просторная гостиная, удобная кровать, свежий ремонт и всё необходимое для комфортного проживания — от кухонной утвари до стиральной машины. Отдельно хочется отметить отличное расположение: рядом магазин 24/7, кафе, остановка и точка для споттинг. До центра города можно дойти по набережной. Анна была очень приветлива, всегда на связи и готова помочь с любыми вопросами. Мы чувствовали себя как дома и с радостью вернёмся сюда ещё раз! Рекомендуем всем, кто ищет комфортное жильё для отпуска.

Аккуратные апартаменты со всеми удобствами. Внутри идеальная чистота. Есть вся посуда. В доме запрещено курить и это прекрасно😍 Всё соответствует фотографиям. Приятный, тихий район, парк рядом, магазины круглосуточные рядом и кафе. Замечательный хозяин, который всегда был на связи. Спасибо большое! Наш отдых удался.

It has been a great experience. You are close to every main attraction and the infra of building is great. The gym is also well equipped.

Квартира чудесная! Светлая, просторная, уютная, есть все необходимое. Находится в пешей доступности от моря, рядом с тц Гранд Молл. Рядом есть кафе, продуктовые и хозяйственные магазины. Уезжать не хотелось. Мы обязательно вернемся сюда!) The apartment is wonderful! Bright, spacious, cozy, has everything you need. Located within walking distance from the sea, next to the Grand Mall shopping center. There are cafes, grocery and hardware stores nearby. I didn’t want to leave. We will definitely meet you here!)

Очень понравилась квартира, рядом с набережной, было очень чисто и уютно. Есть все необходимое, всегда была горячая вода. Хозяйка нам очень помогла и находилась всегда на связи, за что ей очень благодарны, с радостью остановимся еще раз. Рекомендую к проживанию

Отлично провели время! Собственниками жилья являются милая семья, с которыми легко общаться и они готовы во всем помочь. Квартира просторная с отличным видом и удобным расположением.

Просто в восторге от этой квартиры! Есть 2 отдельные спальни + ещё комната с рабочим местом. Очень красивый вид из окна, просыпаешься и сразу смотришь на море. В квартире тепло, есть много разной посуды и вещей для комфорта (дополнительные одеяла, пледы, подушки, полотенца). Хозяйка и её муж очень чудесные и понимающие люди, всегда на связи и отвечают в течение пары минут. Встретили на вокзале и помогли с вещами) Квартира вау! С радостью вернусь ещё)

Alex and Lika are very hospitable and always available. The apartment stays very warm even in sub-zero weather during winter. In Batumi, it is very difficult to find a warm apartment, so if you're coming in winter, this option is definitely for you. On the ground floor of the building, there is a beauty salon and a barbershop. If you need to get your nails done or a haircut, you'll find excellent service and skilled professionals there. There is also a grocery store in the building, Dodo Pizza is right next door, and a 24-hour Spar store with vegetables and fruits. The only downside is the lack of an electric kettle and a microwave, which might be important to someone, and the mattress is a bit worn out from previous tenants, with slight indentations on one side. Overall, I lived in this apartment for about two months and will definitely come again
