Un rêve de maison cycladique surplombant la mer

Bienvenue en Grèce, dans ma maison ! C’est une maison familiale, typiquement cycladique. Elle a appartenu à mes grand-parents et j’ai essayé d’en garder l’esprit, tout en l’adaptant aux exigences de la vie d’aujourd’hui . Une maison de village, accessible par un charmant escalier, elle est totalement protégée des bruits de la route. Exposée plein sud, (très important, car à l’abri du meltemi, vent du nord qui souffle en rafale tout l’été) , elle surplombe Klima, un pittoresque village de pêcheurs ( à 20mn à pied et 3mn en voiture) et toute la baie intérieure. Environnement très calme de grecs qui vivent là toute l’année et qu’il faut respecter. Des terrasses où prendre son petit déjeuner, et profiter des couchers du soleil incendiaires. A l’intérieur une première grande pièce commune, cuisine, salon avec un petit canapé, une salle de douche et WC, une belle chambre avec son « doulapi » (placard ) inclus dans le mur. Les plafonds sont restés traditionnels, poutres et kalami récemment blanchis à la chaux et dont la vertu est de protéger du bruit et de la chaleur, mais ni des moustiques, araignées et insectes qui peuvent nous rendre visite en dépit des soins constants apportés à la propreté de la maison ! Malgré tout, même si nous sommes tout près de la mer, nous sommes aussi dans la campagne grecque, celle des oliviers, des cyprès, et d’une flore typiquement cycladique; du chant des cigales et des grillons, la nuit tombée. Avec au loin, les clochettes des moutons et le braiment d’un âne. Ce qui rendra votre séjour dépaysant et je l'espère unique !

Traditional Antigoni's house

The apartment is only 600m from the port. 50 m away from the house there is a traditional greek tavern . Supermarket, bakery and other shops are available a fev metres away of the house. The organised and sandy beach of Papikinos is only 400 metres on foot. .Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται 600 μέτρα από το λιμάνι του Αδάμαντα,στα 50 μέτρα βρίσκεται ένα παραδοσιακό ταβερνάκι.Στα 200 μέτρα υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ και άλλα μαγαζιά. Η αμμώδης, οργανωμένη παραλία του Παπικινού είναι στα 400 μέτρα.

Kalimerenas

Situated within an estate of 500m2 in the picturesque village of Plakes you will find the stone house of “Kalimerena“. A small (35m2) functional and very quiet house, away from the noise, very close to the capital of Plaka (a 5 minute walk) and the centre of the island. Built at the beginning of the 20th century out of stone the house was recently renovated and combines a traditional atmosphere with the comfort of a modern and simple decoration.

Anemolia House

Detached house of 55 sq.m with modern design and traditional touches.Fully renovated in 2016.It's located in a quiet location with unique view to the bay of Milos!Just 1,5 km from Plaka (capital), 850 m from the Catacombs and 3,5 Km from Adamas port. The house is suitable for couples and families with children. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with sea view balcony, living room, bathroom and 2 large verandas with unobstructed view!

Villa Tasoula it's located 1km from Adamas downtown ,built with Cycladic architecture it is separated in two floors. Upstairs live my family,at the first floor we made 4 places for hosting. Two apartments and two studio. The Sunrise apartment 45 sq.m. fully equipped available for 3 person.there is not sea view but it is 150 meters from the beach of papikinou, ιdeal for relaxing and pleasant holidays !

Μερσινιά

Φιλοξενούμε σε τρία ακόμη σπίτια στην Κίμωλο. Vroulidi Xaplovouni Makropounta Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη και όμορφη γειτονιάσε απόσταση πέντε λεπτών με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του χωριού. Δίπλα στην στάση του λεωφορείου, απέναντι από το mini market Kiki και πάνω από το δωρεάν δημοτικό πάρκινγκ. Η ταxύτητα του internet είναι πολύ καλή και πολλοί επισκέπτες έρχονται και για εξ' αποστάσεως εργασία.

Aphrodite Studio - Cycladic with Elevated Seaview

Aphrodite Studio is part of a traditional Cycladic house with an elevated view of the seaport of Adamas, built by Cretan refugees in 1860. It has since undergone significant improvements, with all modern conveniences such as electricity, running water, a modern-day toilet, and a kitchen. It still maintains its Cycladic character, with high ceilings and a sturdy, wooden roof. It is ideal for 2 people.

Aelia House Plaka

Aelia House is located in one of the most picturesque places of Milos. Plaka village which is the capital of the island, is on a hill with overwhelming view of the Aegean sea. At the Castle which can be found on the top of the hill, people can take panoramic photos of Milos island. Plaka is a pure taste of Cycladic architecture and culture.

Proteus, Cozy Apartment in Adamas

Large, independent, spacious apartment, 65 m2, fully renovated, stylish and modern. It is on the ground floor, with front patio and back-yard where you can enjoy your meal or drink. Located in a quiet place, close to Adamas port and Papikinou beach, but away from the noisy town centre. It has two rooms plus kitchen room plus bathroom+WC.
