You are able to use the Marina slipway for paddle boards and canoes near us.

There is a private south facing garden, with lovely enclosed seating in the vinery and the garden is safe and secure for pets and children. At the front there is a private drive for several vehicles. Sunningwell has the renowned 'Flowing Well' pub, with excellent food & drink, a pretty church, village green and play area.

We are a five minute walk from the Thames footpath which is perfect for enjoying this beautiful stretch of the river either towards Wallingford or Oxford. The studio has an equipped kitchen area and separate shower room. There is parking and the studio has its own separate entrance. The decor is modern and clean with a cosy ambiance.

The Studio House

This incredible modernist studio in Oxfordshire was initially designed in the 1960s by the renowned architect Philip Dowson of Ove Arup and Associates. This studio belonged to the sculptor Franta Belsky, known for creating large-scale abstract public art and iconic statues and busts of notable 20th-century figures, including Winston Churchill and members of the British Royal Family. Many of his original works are still housed in the studio.
