The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Ein kleineres süße Schlafzimmer ist mit gemütlichen schicken Einzelbetten und im Wohnzimmer ist eine bequeme ausziehbare Couch für 2! Mit dem Auto seid Ihr in 10min & mit dem Bus in 20min in der City! :)

Boarding Aachen

Our green island in central location allows a comfortable living on 63qm. The fully renovated old building of an old customs house offers high ceilings and a pleasant indoor climate. The large garden or a red wine at the end of the day under the roofed terrace is also relaxing. In addition to a visit to the Carolus Thermen, we also recommend the historic old town of Aachen or a trip to the Eifel National Park. The campus of the RWTH Aachen is about 10km away - the CHIO area is closer.

Hier könnt Ihr Urlaub machen in reinster Form. Der Dutchtub bietet etwas Abenteuer für gross und klein ( Man muss ihn selber heizen mit Holz und das Feuer beaufsichtigen vielleicht mit nem Aperitif? Insgesamt dauert der Wärmeprozess +-4 Stunden je nach Jahreszeit! Bitte beachten nicht möglich bei Frost. Maximal 1 Hund

Die liebevoll sanierte Wohnung befindet sich in der ehemaligen Kutschenhalle eines historischen Gebäudes. (ca.60qm) Der angrenzende Park, mit seltenen Bäumen, lädt zu einem Rundgang ein. Hier findet man Ruhe und Zeit zum entspannen. Obwohl man sich mitten in der Natur befindet, benötigt man nur 10 Min. in die Innenstadt. (Belgien 20 Min., Holland 10 Min.) Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

In der Weihnachtszeit lockt einer der schönsten Weihnachtsmärkte Deutschlands und im Sommer tolle Openairkonzerte kurz über der Genze in den Niederlanden.

It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
