Μας πήρε χρόνο, πολύ ενέργεια, τόνους έμπνευσης και πολύ μεράκι για να γίνει όπως το φανταστήκαμε και να το μοιραστούμε μαζί σας! Αυτό που πρέπει να γνωρίζετε είναι ότι εδώ θα έχετε την απόλυτη ελευθερία και ιδιωτικότητα σε ένα κτήμα 24στρ., σε απόσταση 1χλμ από την παραλία Παχύς. You can relax in a place surrounded by plants, at a close distance (5-10 minutes by feet) from the centre of Kavala. You can also enjoy your cofee or meal on the nice and cosy porch of a garden with aview of the sea. Do not think about parking your car because you have an individual closed garage.The garage is 4.80 meters long and the garage door is 2.75 meters wide and 1.76 meters high.

Luxurious apartment in the heart of Kavala. Located on Omonoias which is the shopping street. Just a couple of minutes on foot from the city center and the sea. Safe and quiet neighborhood. There are two big grocery stores 50m from the apartment where you can buy fresh food and essentials. You can park your car on the street right in front of the apartment for free.
