Zurique: aluguel por temporada com terraço

I stayed in this apartment for several weeks while visiting family and it was a great home away from home. It has all that you need and is very conveniently located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of nearby shops, groceries, restaurants, and parks. It's an easy walk to the lake or downtown, but public transportation is also super close and easy to access as well. Ersin was always available and easy to communicate with whenever I had questions. I would definitely stay again for future visits.

Nous avons passé 2 jours dans cet appartement charmant à 20 minutes en Tram du centre-ville de Zurich. Nous pouvions donc nous déplacer facilement, à toute heure. La vie étant chère en Suisse, le parking visiteur gratuit dans la résidence était un vrai plus pour nous. L'appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée avec un jardin partagé. Idéal si vous avez un chien comme nous !

Moira was such a helpful host and that's why I decided to stay at her place. She was very responsive and gave helpful information about transportation and area. An early check in was available so it gave us time to sightsee in Zurich. It is a great place for an overnight before flying out because it's easy to get to airport. Bus stops is a 3 minute walk and ride is 11 minutes. She had little extras such as coffee with cream and sugar which is a plus. It was clean. It was a great price! I would recommend her place and would stay here again.

Wir gehen seit 4 Jahren zu Sibylle und sind jedes mal sind wir super wohl und zufrieden bei Ihr. Es hat alles was es braucht und wenn etwas fehlt, ist Sibylle jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Danke viel mal! Bis bald!

Localização excelente, com bastante comércio ao redor. Host super simpática, responde rápido e é mega solicita. Apartamento lindo e bem equipado. Recebemos todo o aparato necessário. Definitivamente recomendo!

We had a great time staying at Eckharts place. The place was clean, spacious, and flooded with light, in a very peaceful neighbourhood with all stores in walkable distance. There’s a neighbour’s car that comes greeting in the garden every day, which is great. We had some funny scaredy cat moments as sometimes the ceiling was creaking mysteriously…. And at night the bed made mysterious sounds… but nothing too scary 😁 The host is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for having us!

Wir haben fünf einzigartige und wundervolle Tage in der Mühle verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön und gemütlich, wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt in diesen alten Gemäuern, die so wunderbar restauriert wurden und bestimmt so viele Geschichten erzählen könnten. Tagsüber haben wir zu Fuss die Wasserfälle in der umliegenden Region vom schönen und uns bisher unbekannten Tösstal erkundet und täglich eine Gelegenheit gefunden, dem Winter-/Frühlingsbaden zu frönen. Auf unseren Wanderungen und Spaziergängen konnten wir viele Wildkräuter sammeln, die unsere Abendessen kulinarisch bereichert haben. Yves hat uns als sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber viele hilfreiche Tipps für unsere Ausflüge gegeben und uns mit feinen, frischen Eiern, der Appenzeller Barthühner verwöhnt. Auch Eva (die die ersten Tage abwesend war) hat uns mit ihrer Herzlichkeit und ihrem Fachwissen den Aufenthalt verschönert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wir sind so dankbar für diese schönen Tage.

Lorian and Team House is a fantastic place to stay :) The location is incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance—tram and train stations, several grocery options, and even the airport is just a short distance away. Despite being next to the rail tracks, the house is impressively quiet inside. The house itself is charming, with a well-maintained, vintage feel. It’s ideal for groups, as it offers six spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. One note for accessibility: the bedrooms are either upstairs or in the basement, with small steps, so it may not be ideal for those using a wheelchair. However, for everyone else, it’s absolutely perfect. Highly recommend! ! !

Excellent hôte, très réactif, très gentil. Le logement est très propre, confortable. Néanmoins, je suggère qu'il soit équipé de micro ondes, grille pains et de lave linge pour les longs séjours. Mudi est très accueillant et toujours prêt à aider et donner de conseils en cas de besoin

Wir möchten uns herzlich für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt bedanken. Das Haus mit dem schönen Pool und dem idyllischen Garten war genau das, was wir uns für unser Wochenende gewünscht haben. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und die liebevollen Details, die unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder und werden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Très belle maison, dans un joli cadre très vert, adapté aux familles, parfaitement équipée. Communication fluide et réactive. Seule petite surprise : quelques passages d'avions certains jours juste au-dessus de la maison.

Gabriele’s house is lovely, a great space for a family, beautiful surroundings, and easily accessible to transportation and many attractions. We enjoyed our time in Rapperswil enormously.

René's place was a very nice place to stay, the location is very quiet with lovely views and plenty of walking or biking tracks, we hired a car and it was around 30 minutes to the centre of Zurich and 25 minutes to the airport René's place is spotlessly clean and decorated to a high standard, it as everything you would need and more we didn't do any cooking (out all day)but if you do want to cook its a well equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils and spices on hand René was a fantastic host (loved the chocolates thanks) his communication was very quick and helpful, if i was to go back to Switzerland i would try and book this place again , Thank you René 10 out of 10

Our stay at Irena's place was great! She was so helpful and responsive the whole way through. Always easy to reach and provided suggestions in the area. The accommodation is modern and has everything you would need to stay a few days in Zurich with young kids. There is also a playground close by which is essential for toddlers. Definitely a recommend place especially for the price.

The place was beautiful, functional and as described. The location is really nice and central, and a 10 minute walk from the lake. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhigem Quartier. Ideal gelegen, ob für Naturliebhaber oder Stadtbesucher. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Everything was perfect. The place is situated with good public transportation about 20 min from the city centre. The nature around the place is amazing. Inside the apartment everything is really cozy and nice. Including great beds and a coffee machine that is easy to use to make very good espresso or cafe lungo. Elisabeth was super nice and available to help us! One of my best Airbnb experiences.

I came from the city surrounding with tall buildings and traffic, when I arrived in Esther’s house with my family, the view literally shocked us. It is the most beautiful and clean airbnb I have ever seen! You will find everything you need, it is just like home.

The best of Airbnb stay we had. Very spacious, clean, organised and well maintained. Stayed for one night and it’s perfect and the kids enjoyed it. They had delicious treats and Easter chocolate was a nice touch. I couldn’t comprise anything when comes to this stay because it was all perfection.Shower, rooms, WiFi and Entertainment was all very easy to handle. If you don’t choose this place then you will miss the great hospitality. They were very responsive and helpful. We plan to visit one more time in future.
