Grand terrain avec 2 terrasses, salon de jardin, grand parking et barbecue en Corten. Cuisine totalement équipée. Pour un moment de déconnexion et de détente au calme et aux chants des oiseaux. Départ tardif le dimanche jusque 18h.

Unser denkmalgeschütztes Ferienhaus mit ca. 95 qm Wohnfläche befindet sich in der Nähe der Altstadt von Nideggen. Zwischen Marktplatz und Burg, ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem mitten im Geschehen. In wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie das Zentrum von Nideggen mit seinen schönen Cafés und Restaurants, wo sicher für jeden etwas dabei ist. Bis zur Burg sind es ca. 100 m. Von unserem Haus können Sie ebenfalls wunderbare Wanderungen in die nähere Umgebung wie das Rurtal oder die Kletterfelsen starten.

Ruhig gelegenes, großes, helles Zimmer auf zwei Ebenen mit einem gemütlichen Wohnbereich und einem Arbeitsplatz. Der obere Schlafbereich ist über eine breite Holztreppe erreichbar. Zur Unterkunft gehören ein Badezimmer und ein Balkon. Die Rheinpromenade ist fußläufig in 5Min. zu erreichen, zum Zentrum von Beuel sind es ca. 10Min. ( Cafes, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Supermärkte). Mit dem Bus ( Haltestelle in 3Min.Fußweg erreichbar) ist man in ca 12-15Min. in der Bonner Innenstadt.
