The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

The accommodation was very nice. My wife and our two dogs enjoyed our stay. The small patio made it easy to take our dogs out for their needs, and she had water with a hose that was easy to clean every day. Gulsah was friendly and always willing to help with any questions. Thank you very much.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully restored historic home! The house is full of charm and character, with a perfect balance of spacious communal areas for everyone to enjoy and enough bathrooms to comfortably accommodate a large group. The neighborhood is stunning and well-connected, with easy access to both the old and new parts of the city via ferry and tram. Our host was incredibly attentive and responsive to all our needs, making the stay even more enjoyable. If you're traveling with a group, consider requesting extra keys for added convenience. I had a really great stay. The place and hospitality were both excellent. We had a pleasant stay.

Me and my husband spent 7 days in Mamati's house. Check-in very Easy, even we were late Mamati waited for us. The house Is an old-ottoman house with everything you need, Is very well located in few minutes you have bus 99A, 55 and the line T5 witch will connect you easily with different parts of the city. the house has around good places for breakfast , restaurants and shopping. On top of that the view from the house and terrace Is top!

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Nice place to stay with friends and family !

Travelled with my young son for dental treatment. Felt like home, everything we needed for a weeks stay. Felt very safe in the complex travelling as a solo parent. Loads of supermarkets, parks, places to eat within walking distance. Thanks again for having us to stay.

I stayed in this apartment for 5 days. It was just like the pictures, very clean and modern. The location is great - just a 15-minute walk to Taksim Square and 30 minutes to Nisantasi. Burak and his father were very kind, helpful, and always there for us. Everything worked perfectly, and if I come back to Istanbul, I would definitely book this Airbnb again. Thankyou!🌸

Un gran alojamiento. Muy cómodo, limpio y con estacionamiento, cerca de Taksim. La comunicación fue muy buena y las indicaciones y flexibilidad de llegada ayudaron mucho. Tuvieron detalles que hicieron nuestra estancia más agradable y hasta nos dieron un bonito regalo de año nuevo. Sin duda, volvería a reservar este alojamiento.

Emre's place made an unforgettable memory for us. We were there for about 10 days, the place matched the description and the photos, close to public transportations and He has been very helpful and responded. For example, We needed a baby chair , a baby bed and we found the pans not useful for us. he immediately provided them. Emre was really great and very lovely. Highly recommended.

Fişekhane’ye yürüme mesafesinde olması büyük bir avantaj, ayrıca merkezi noktalara da çok yakın. Deniz manzarası ise gerçekten keyif vericiydi. Les hotes étaient adorables, réactifs à répondre à nos demandes, l'appartement était propre et y avait des serviettes et tous le nécessaire pour la cuisine et salle de bain, ya des restaurants ou vius trouverez de trop bons pâtisseries et aussi délicieux sandwichs et le tram est pas loin pour faire toutes las activités. L'appartement possède aussi un ascenseur et la portes d'entrée par code. On a bien aimé
