Grab a book and take it easy in the shaded garden hammock at a calm cottage with a cozy patio for balmy alfresco evenings. Stroll to a nearby restaurant for a locally-sourced dinner, then snuggle up in front of the TV in our peaceful retreat. This separate, private one-bedroom guesthouse is located in the back of our redwood tree-filled yard. This is an animal-free property due to monthly guests, friends & family with severe allergies. No exceptions. No Emotional Support Animals.

Our guesthouse is nestled in the back of our home in beautiful Land Park, one of the finest neighborhoods in Sacramento. It's a quiet place of well-being where you can relax & enjoy the tranquil backyard garden. In light of COVID-19 we are taking extra precautions to sterilize all surfaces prior to each visit.

This new 500sf one-bedroom Guesthouse is located above the garage behind our 1920’s bungalow with free driveway parking. Walk to Golden One arena, Old Sac, the state Capitol; Crocker Art Museum, river bike trail and restaurants. The private guesthouse is steps from Sac’s largest Farmers Market and Southside Park lake, playground, pickleball/basketball courts, city pool. Sac Airport (SMF) is 15 minutes away. Weekly Pickleball Tues/Thurs-5pm, Sun 12.

The one-bedroom GuestHouse is on a 5-acre rural estate 4 miles from the State Capitol and 7 minutes from Sutter Health Park, home of the Athletics. Enjoy visiting with our two resident horses. Everything you need for an extended business trip or a base of operations for a perfect weekend getaway or an Athletics game.

Our home is within walking distance of an exciting, dynamic, world class university. If your business is at the University, you can park your car for the duration and walk everywhere. Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts, the Shrem Museum of Art, the UCD Vet School, are all within walking distance. Parent/teenager college visit? Our suite will accomodate.
