Stroll to a nearby restaurant for a locally-sourced dinner, then snuggle up in front of the TV in our peaceful retreat. This separate, private one-bedroom guesthouse is located in the back of our redwood tree-filled yard. This is an animal-free property due to monthly guests, friends & family with severe allergies. This new 500sf one-bedroom Guesthouse is located above the garage behind our 1920’s bungalow with free driveway parking. Walk to Golden One arena, Old Sac, the state Capitol; Crocker Art Museum, river bike trail and restaurants. The private guesthouse is steps from Sac’s largest Farmers Market and Southside Park lake, playground, pickleball/basketball courts, city pool. Sac Airport (SMF) is 15 minutes away.
