Rustic & cute private guesthouse on a 5 acre horse ranch! Located very close to all the popular northern AZ places to visit! This is the country - if animal sounds or the occasional bug or fly bothers you, this is not for you ;). There is no WiFi out there - BUT there’s a Roku TV - it REQUIRES a hot spot. We built our 720 square foot cottage in 2009 on 2.5 acres in an extremely quiet country neighborhood, and it has been very lightly used. The full kitchen has most of the major appliances, cooking and eating utensils you will need. There is no dishwasher. There is also a full size laundry setup in the bathroom. Our location is perfect for those attending firearm training at the world renowned Gunsite Academy. Gunsite is an easy 18 minute drive from our cottage in Chino Valley.

This beautiful spot is a couples’ dream to sip wine on one of the beautiful decks overlooking Sedona red rocks or soaking in the hot tub. You will love this peaceful and welcoming space!

The Bunkhouse at BC Ranch

You're in the heart of Arizona and 45 minutes from Sedona, Jerome and wine country when you stay in our cozy, one-bedroom Bunkhouse on our small ranch. Comfy bed for two, plus an air mattress and additional bedding to accommodate children or two additional guests. This quiet and secluded stone cottage is set in 3 acres bordering the Prescott National Forest. It is the perfect place to explore both Prescott and the local hiking/Bike and OHV trails. Goldwater Lake is just 2 miles away and is a gorgeous spot for hiking, fishing, kayaking and picnicking. McClure Hobby Farm Guesthouse

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located in south central Chino Valley, 15 miles north of Prescott, this guesthouse is on a small farm with friendly goats and chickens. The balcony overlooks the mountains and at night the sky is full of stars. All friendly dogs are welcome as this house has it's own fenced in yard for a $30 pet fee/stay. Please be sure to let us know if you bring a pet when you book!
