An incredible gem. My new go-to in Yakima. The view is amazing--the pictures don't do it justice. The space has all the mod-conveniences, yet is also rustic and with alot of character. The larger compound is full of flora and fauna (quail frolic outside the large picture windows) of which the Chris and Bonnie invite you to enjoy. The hot tub has the same sweeping view as the unit, and the pool area is nicely taken care of and is of resort caliber. Location is close to Yakima (less than 7-8 minutes to nearest large grocery store) but very much feels countryside. The amazing rock formation behind the compound (visible from the large private deck and from inside the unit) is amazing to see in the morning at sunrise--reminds me of the Redrocks ampitheater in Colorado. Chris and Bonnie--warm, inviting, fun, and engaged with their guests (if you want them to be)--you can tell they really like hosting people in their happy Yakima-adjacent universe.

It was such a relaxing time at the airstream! A couple girlfriends and I came to Yakima for a training and we’re staying quite a few days. Never once did we feel crammed or cooped up. We had plenty of space, the kitchen and bathrooms worked perfectly, and it was so great to utilize the hot tub in the evening after trainings! Eduardo was very responsive, gave very clear directions of how to make our stay seamless. And it was! LOVED the tasting room too. Such great wines, the view and ambiance were fabulous!

Absolutely pristine environment and crystal clear check-in and check-out instructions. Spent most of our stay with a friend outside the house, but it felt like coming home at the end of the day - cozy and restful.

The place was perfect for a weekend getaway. We stayed in Yakima to see the wildflowers in bloom. The Airstream was surprisingly roomy for two people while still being cozy. It had everything we needed for a great weekend!

All we can say is wow! CC was amazing to work with, she has built an amazing location to stay with all the amenities you’d hope for. Great recommendations for wine tasting and pizza too! Very accommodating, very comfy, incredibly responsive. Hands down our favorite Air BnB stay! We’ll definitely return!

Absolutely lovely stay. Great location love the house and Yard very peaceful and relaxing well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. Love the fireplace heater and she had small space heaters that worked phenomenally well.!

Our extended family stayed here for several days and the house was perfect for what we needed. It’s had plenty of space for everyone and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this house for anyone with a larger group and we will certainly stay here again the next time we’re in town.

Perfect location for a concert at the gorge! Only a few minute drive away. And if you plan to stay longer, there are many fun things to do along the river in the Sunland community. I would definitely recommend this property. Ronna was so nice and very helpful!
