The location is very central in Gelsenkirchen, so you can reach your destinations in no time, including the Veltins Arena with public transport in under 30 min or the city center on foot in 5 min. Die Ende 2018 komplett renovierte Wohnung hat Fußbodenheizung und enthält eine voll ausgestattete neue Küche mit Spühlmaschine sowie ein neues Badezimmer. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Laminatböden ausgestattet, alle anderen Wohnbereiche mit grossflächigen Fliesen. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gewählt und strahlt eine warme Atmosphäre aus. Eine private Terrasse (mit Grill) steht ebenso zur Verfügung.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Unsere zwei schottischen Hochlandrinder stehen hinter unserem Häuschen und sind ein richtiges Highlight. Außerdem gibt es viele Vögel, Igel und Hasen im Garten. Auf der Terrasse steht Ihnen ein Bbq zur Verfügung excl. Gasflasche.

Sehr gute Gegend für Radfahrausflüge und Spaziergänge im Wald oder einfach die Ruhe am kleinen See genießen, und den Vögel und Froschkonzerten zu lauschen. Mücken gibt es selbst im Sommer kaum. Für Menschen die Mal ein paar Tage Auszeit brauchen.
