We have the beautiful Morgan Jones’ Park on our doorstep through which you can access the rear of the Castle grounds. We have 3 local train stations that take you into Cardiff City Centre, and bus stop outside the door to Caerphilly Station.

A spacious 3 bedroom house located just a 5 minute walk away from Blackwood town and some lovely walks along the sirhowy river or even through the mountainous valleys. Parking is located at the property on a quiet street. There is also a very nice restaurant/pub just around the corner which over looks the river. The property is around 30 minutes away from Cardiff and 30 minutes away from the Brecon Beacons National Park. There is also a train station nearby.

The Bailey is a self-contained studio annexe with a private entrance at The Forge Lower Machen. With double bed, shower room, two comfy armchairs, dining area for two, outside seating area for two, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, kettle, toaster, small fridge and microwave. Travel cot available by request. Parking on site. Towels and bed linen provided. Situated just off the A468, very convenient but some noise from the road.
